Starbucks — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Alright here’s an honest review; The place is not a real Starbucks since it is owned by the Omni hotel, shocker, but you can still get stars if you pay with prepaid barcode on Starbucks app. The lines are usually always long however the wait for the drink is rarely ever long unless a big party orders nothing but frappes and 9 times out of 10, the drink is always made the way you asked for which is always a plus in my book. They usually have food unless you go around the end of the day since like I stated, they are a hotel owned Starbucks. Best times to go are around open and noon since the stores hours operate on the hotel’s occupancy which can be a bummer since the store claims to close at 2 but like I said, occupancy determines the hours. In all genuine honesty the Starbucks isn’t as bad as these reviews say, if anything the quality is really great. The workers are nice and the place is usually always clean. I’d say the only annoying things are the lines are long, sometimes they are out of food, the hours fluctuate, and some of these customers are rude but then again this is a hotel owned Starbucks so what do you expect right? But trust me, when I say this place isn’t as bad as these people say it is, I mean it. Go try it out for yourself and see...

I am absolutely ticked off at the unprofessional nature of this establishment. When I 1st came in with my young daughter, I ordered and the lady rep had an attitude and didn't respond to our pleasantries or manners. Against my better judgement I went back to order another set of desserts. They didnt have mine, which was fine. She took my order, had a 4 min conversation with the other guy barista, about if they wanted to make some sort of arrangement because Jose was coming over to help close. I could of literally gotten my order right then. Literally the cash register is right next to the dessert case. That didnt happen. I literally was the 1st one in line, and do you they took 4 people with fancy coffee orders before me? Can someone explain to me, why I had to wait almost 10 mins, while people with longer orders were handled before me? It's not like I had to wait on them to cook, they are prepackaged like every other Starbucks cake. I literally saw her take it out after the 5th lady in line received her...

Okay kids this is how you write a review. You should know that you get charged for water here. You pay about $1 more for everything here on the menu. $4.79 for a grande tea!? The panini selection is small, only two options. Oh and if you think your gonna show up, and use your points to pay for stuff, yeah they dont do that here.
