If I can give a zero I would. Let me start off by saying. I hate McDonald’s ! Haven’t been to one in years. But since the pandemic. I’ve been forced to come to many locations in Denver metro area and here. So, we had emergency, our stove broke. So, couldn’t cook anything and kids didn’t want pizza. It’s a school night on Sunday. I took them 30mins to take my order in the drive thru. Would have order inside but they had their doors locked around 8p no sure why, but whatever. I get to the second window kid repeats my order. I explain to him, that’s incorrect it’s missing several things on the order, my kids food etc. He punches some buttons and gives me my total which was about $35. Says, yeah it’s right now. Sounds good. I go to the next window, get my food it’s heavy look inside, seems to be fine. I drive off, get home which is a few blocks away. Less than 4mins. Find out it’s missing half the order & my food was very cold. Kids missing their food. Given stuff we didn’t even order. I’m exhausted, very tired and hungry. I was forced to drive back. Again doors are locked it’s 9p by now. I called them several times, no one answers the phone. They would just answer and hang up, so when I called back I’d get a busy ton.
Long story short , someone eventually lets me inside I got a refund but then they cleared all my rewards points which was 6500 points. Which, I was going to use to give my kids ice cream as a treat. I don’t really care. Just wanted people to know how junk McDonalds operate business. Staff over worked. Kids playing around inside, while working. Store manager is all stressed out, yelling at her employees and her customers. Stating; several people called off sick, so we have to lock our doors early. Never heard of this before but oh well. There was lot more negative coming from the staff, and the store manger. Which I m not going to go into, just stay away from this horrible place and their corporations! Reminded me why I stopped going 25 years ago, me won’t be back ever! Horrible, terrible service, bad food, give you one packet of ketchup for 7 meals. One napkin. Like come on! Idiots!! Let treat you the way you’ve treated me and giving me grief just because I’m hungry and have to eat. Never again! Might be contacting BBB. It’s crazy how they can get...
Read moreI would post 0 stars if I could. First off, we are in the drive thru with the car packed full of kids. Everyone knows that there are some picky eaters when there are kids around. But surprisingly the only thing we asked to change was no shredded cabbage on the chicken sandwich, everyone else got a happy meal. So we go to the pick up window, she hands over our food and drinks, yells at us quickly, "have a nice day" and shuts the window. No eye contact at all, so we sat there to double check for everything. She was missing half of our order, and the chicken sandwich had lettuce. We sat there waiting for her to open the window again, but after a few minutes we knocked on the window. When she opened it, we told her about the error, so she asked for the receipt. Her attitude sucked, she had irritation written all over her face and was very hesitant to fix our order. When she came back with our food, we were already upset with her and drove off. While on the road, we looked at the chicken sandwich with no lettuce, and it was a hot and spicy chickem sandwich with no lettuce. My poor niece can not handle spicy foods, so we had to give her fries until we went to Arbys down the road. When we parked at Arbys, we called the store to speak with the manager and tried telling her the whole story. She did not apologize, instead she tells us that it is not the window girls job to check the food. So what is her job?!?! While we got into it, the manager kept asking "What do you want me to do about it? Are you going to tell me your order for your next meal or not?" The way she sounded was not sincere, kept cutting us off while we told the story, just horrible customer service period. The people there should be ashamed, there are kids, families who eat there. You guys need to talk with your team and get a new manager. Yes, it's just McDonald's, but you're handling families with food. You got yourself in this business, now do your job like everyone...
Read moreI have never had an issue with this location before. In the past week, our order was missing twice on 2 seperate occassions. We ignored the first timeit happened but when it happened again something had to be said. Not one time did anyone at the restaurant apologized nor acknowledged their mistake. Last night when it happened for the 2nd time, I asked for my money back. I told the crew manager Jax St Clair how this is the 2nd time it has happened. The only response I got was okay. That was the best that he could do. When I asked for my money back he insisted on the card and i told him that we can just do the cash. He proceedes to tell me that it was against policy and that he doesn't know if the card was stolen. So now I am being accused of stealing? He could have left it at is our policy. When I asked him why woukd he say that he gets defensive and begins to attack me saying that you are a grown woman andthat I came into the restaurant with an attitude. So what? I should be thanking you? Who wouldn't be upset? AS a manager the example that was set was poor taste, bad judgement and had no accountability for himself. My response was so are you ..at the same time a crew member Jessie taunts me in the background telling me that I just sexual identified and that it is illegal!! During this time 10 other customers are coming in with issues with their orders. You miss my order, assume I stole a debt card to eat McDonald's, I get accused of sexual identification and no apology from a manager. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE OWN IT!! I went to the location on Hwy 85/87 and got my order with no problem. I didn't even have to wait for my order. This place doesn't deserve a star!!
