I am a honest person, I should of gave a 1 instead of a 3. The only reason why was because of the manager did the right thing and did not charge us. I am returning a favor with a 3. 3 things went wrong: The coke was flat and a big advertisement banner of coke is at the front entrance way. COKE need to read this review and share the embarrassment. Coke has let Guiseppe down and should share the disappointment cost of our dinner experience. Number 2 was the minestrone soup, terrible- hard veggies and was no taste. Just throw in some itialian season in plain tomato soup, very weak. Lastly was the main course, chicken fettuccine alfredo. The worst I ever had in over 60 years. Noodles and grilled chicken, no sauce. Really no alfredo sauce. I took a picture. I have been looking forward to this place and will not go there again. Too bad, I had to go to blackjack and order a pizza. No sauce, what a terrible situation. My suggestion to the manager taste the whole menu so he is aware of what food they are serving. His comment was to add more sauce? What sauce was my comments and it was too cold to fix it up.3 strikes and you are out. Here is the picture, dried noodles.

We have been coming here for 8 years. It has definitely gone downhill unfortunately. The menu has changed a bit since last time we were in. Wow was the service terrible. The hostess/maybe the manager(?) was kind but not very helpful. Waitress was terrible. I wish I got her name. I had to ask for a kids menu, had to ask for the oil and vinegar (which took a LONG time for the hostess to go grab even though there were SO many empty tables with them on it she could have grabbed from). Sausage Penne was not good and there was way way too much melted cheese on it. Thick layer that wasn’t melty or anything. The bolognese now has ricotta on it which is gross. No one refilled our drinks. It was not busy and staff was hanging around. We shouldn’t have to hunt down staff to bring us the simplest things. One of the “clean” bread plates they brought and put on the table had visible food stuck to it! Kids size portion of spaghetti was huge with three meatballs. Why does a kid need a huge bowl of pasta with three huge meatballs? Unfortunately we won’t be back.

Good experience. I called in advance to make a reservation but they said just come over, and so we did. It was packed on a Thursday evening but we were lucky and they had a small table available. The ambiance was nice, and the food (the house salad and a classic pepperoni pizza) was very good. The wine was also good, and the tiramisu was ok (in my opinion, it’s lacking flavor, especially a bit more coffee would have been great, and a real Italian tiramisu is much “runnier” than the way Americans make it, like a cake). The funniest part is the way that they spell the name of the restaurant. “Giuseppe”, in the menu, is the correct Italian spelling, but then on the outside sign and many other places they write it as “Guiseppe” (as it is also shown here in Google Maps, and even trip advisor and other). Either the owner’s name has been wrongly spelled from the cradle, or Giuseppe is dyslexic, doesn’t care, or maybe the owner is not Italian at all (maybe his name is José 😉😉😉)

The service at this restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. Which is a shame because we thought the food was rather good.

My partner and I arrived around 7:45 pm, an hour and 15 minutes before closing time. I will say that we chose this restaurant over nearby Bottega Michelangelo because this restaurant closed later. This was a mistake. We were greeted by a hostess who simply said "Hello". No welcoming feeling at all. She led us to a booth (your booth seating is incredibly uncomfortable) and gave us menus and that was basically it. There were several unbussed tables around us and only 3 occupied tables inside. Soon after, James approached the table and got our drink orders. Returned with the drinks and took our food order. Fine enough. James returned about 20 minutes later to confirm our order. Um, what? Was the order not already input? I couldn't remember what I ordered so I asked him to bring me a menu to jog my memory. He was so tongue-tied trying to explain to me what happened that I couldn't understand him. Something about a button for one item being close to another. I work in hospitality and this excuse doesn't make sense to me, but ok. Our order comes and the food looks great. Tastes pretty great, too (FettucineFalfredo with sausage and Meatball Ricotta, if you're wondering). Sadly, that's the only positive part of the experience.

My partners drink sat empty for 15+ minutes so I finally got up and walked to the bar to ask the bartender if she could get me a refill. She went in the back (where every single employee seemed to be hanging out) and I heard her asking everyone "Who has that table?" A guy came to the bar and asked me if I'd been helped yet. Yep, just waiting on my refill, which should have been pretty simple. He also went to the back and asked who's table we were. Does it matter? Can someone just refill my coke glass please? James came to the table and asked if "everything was OK with the Coke and wanted to make sure my partner wasn't choking or something". Is choking seriously the only way to get a drink refill? We got the check not long after that and left.

In addition to all of this, I will say that your restaurant is chaotic. I said earlier that there were only 3 tables seated inside and several unbussed tables. Throughout the hour we were dining, there were various employees clanging around resetting tables, quite noisily and walking so fast that my partner was nearly run over by an employee twice. James cleared the oil and vinegar off our table shortly after we got our food (this was at 8:30, 30 minutes to closing time), because it seems the staff's priority is getting their ducks in a row so they can leave on time, rather than providing great service. You'd think you could reset a table like a normal person (idea: carry what the table needs at one time rather than make a trip for plates, another for silverware, another to clean the table, etc) and do it without disturbing the customers dining at the next table. What was supposed to be a nice Valentine's Day dinner out (as we work during the week), turned into a pretty mediocre experience highlighted only by above average food. We won't be back, or if we do, we will wait a year+ to see if your staff...

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience here. My parents, girlfriend, and I called and set a reservation for 6:30pm two days in advance. We showed up and were excited to finally try this place out. We walk in the door at 6:27 for our reservation and we were told it would be a few minutes. This was no big deal and completely understandable since there was a large party still seated in the restaurant. The hosts offered us a menu to look at while we waited a few minutes as well as some water. This is where things got horrible... about 20 minutes into our wait to be sat a new group comes in and immediately gets walked back to a table... this group had a reservation for 7pm for 6 people. So our group of 4 continues to wait. After 45 minutes, completely fed up and irritated, I ask how much longer the wait will be and magically they have a table available. We finally get sat at a table but it seemed to be a table for two it was so small. After waiting 50 minutes to be sat after setting a reservation we were pissed that this was the best they could do. We requested to move tables since the large party, previously mentioned, had just left. We were told that they had to sit other parties before we could move.... no no no.. this is not how this works. We waited hour at this point to be able to enjoy a nice dinner out after setting a reservation and you're going to tell me I have to wait to be seated at a table for Four AFTER the new customers just walked in. We walked out of your restaurant and decided to go else where and let me tell you, after telling them about the horrible experience you provided us, they went the extra mile to take care of us. I am not sure if any of us will be able to give you another chance, ever again. Did I mention that your employees tries arguing with us as we left?!? I have been in the restaurant business for many years and this is no way to conduct...

Sooooo disappointing!! 2 hour dinner for pretty basic meals. This is the first restaurant I have dined in since the Covid crisis and the experience was very rough.

We waited an excessive amount of time for our entrees of rigatoni with bolognaise and spaghetti and meatballs. While we waited the servers proceeded to talk about other customers in the restaurant and how rude they were. I was not privy to the situation between the server and this customer but found it exceedingly unprofessional to have that discussion in earshot of other customers. At another point in the evening they were talking about one of the server's birthday party's and the strippers that they would be attending it.

We finally received our meals and I asked the server about the ricotta that is suppose to be with my dish as there was none. She stated the shredded cheese on the top was ricotta. Apparently, they have found a way to shred ricotta here. At that time the server offered us a free dessert to compensate for the excessive wait time, awesome! My dish was pretty basic not very flavorful. We finish with our entrees and the server comes over and tells us the dessert menu and we pick cheesecake.

We get the cheesecake after another 15 minutes and it was warm and the crust was soggy. We advised our server of such and then she proceeded to ask the bartender if she heard what we said about the cheesecake. She came back and made it a point to tell us that they took the cheesecake off our ticket. Which I was confused about because it was suppose to be a comp. Overall not a great experience. Besides from the busboy and I believe he was the greeter the wait staff were very unprofessional. And our food was pretty blah.

Considering this was a restaurant we frequented before Covid I can't say that that will be the case...
