This is the third time I have had issues with this place! When I went to this location a couple days ago I went with my family. We when through the drive thru which took 20 minutes with one car infront of us, and ordered 30 chicken nuggets and a few other things. We had asked for ketchup and ranch... we received 2 ranch packs and no ketchup. I don't think i'm the only one who thinks that 2 ranch packs will be good enough for 30 chicken nuggets. Not to mention when we got to the window people were screaming and playing around in the kitchen. We had eaten in the parking-lot and I tried going inside to get the ketchup I was not given but the doors were locked. I went back into my car and called and asked if they were able to bring out ketchup or if I was allowed to go in and get some. I was told that I could go through the drive thru again after already waiting 20 minutes behind one car... there was many cars in the drive through after I called. I tried to go back inside again and the guy looked at me dead in the eyes and shook his head no! At that point I was upset and just left it alone.
The next time I went there to get breakfast, We tried ordering a breakfast burrito and it was around 11:00 in the afternoon. The lady told us that they were only serving lunch. Mcdonalds is supposed to do breakfast all day!! After I ordered a sandwich I tried to get lemonade and they didn't have that either!!
The final time, which was today!! Me and my friend had gone there for lunch. We ordered 20 nuggets and an order of fries. We received our order and right then in there there was an EMPTY CHICKEN NUGGET BOX! I stomped back inside and waited inside. While fed up I told the lady working the Register that we got an empty nugget box. Although she did fix it I was still fed up about how it could be that hard to put chicken nuggets in a box or even how hard it is to tell that the box is empty! The lady was very nice about it but cmon it's not that hard!

Read moreI asked for a spicy McChicken. Thought it was part of the dollar menu. Paid over $8 for sandwich fries and ice t. Was told at window it was a crispy spicy Mc Chicken sandwich. Let me tell you, This was by far the WORSE thing I have ever, ever had from Mac's. Crispy? maybe when it was cooked fresh but not when I got it. Besides being soggy, was like eating a large chicken TENDON sandwich with cheeze wiz on top. Thoroughly disgusting. This is why I stay away from Mac's. Seems Mac's will NEVER get it together. I would rather eat Burger King for crying outloud. My fault for eating it but how hard can it be. If you cannot make fresh food, then take it off the menu. 5 yucks and 1 star for the crispy fries, they were ok. Went to the car show today. Was really hungry so I thought how bad can it be? 4:30pm. Hit the drive thru. Hard to make out the voice coming thru the speaker. 1st window, no greeting no smile no nothin. Gave her my card, she made transaction and then handed it back, still nothin. 2nd window, same thing nothin. Window opens she hands me a bag and started to close the window. Did not ask if I needed anything so I quickly asked for some hot mustard for nuggets. She hands me a chipotle sauce and slams window shut. I knock on window, she opens window and looks angry. I handed her the sauce and again I ask for hot mustard. She finally says something"we don't have that"?? ok well every other Mc's on the planet has it. I just looked at her and drove away. Not the worse customer service I have had but it's up there. Negative 20 stars for the bad customer service. Food was about 2.5 out of 5 stars. Was editable at most. Read moreI stood in front of a register for over 10 minutes and had➡️ this man in the black pants, black shirt with black hair literally walked past me THREE times and did not turn to acknowledge me or make eye contact, once . I knew he was purposely ignoring me because they had so many customers waiting in line at the drive-thru and so many customers waiting in the lobby so I was being patient. After 10 minutes and him walking past me for the 3rd time, now I'm very offended and I started hold up the phone as if I was recording him so that I would have proof of how long he had his back turned to all of the customers in front of the register, which was myself and two other men behind me. As soon as he realized that I was about to do, he finally made eye contact with me after 15 minutes!!! (Most people would have walked out after 5 minutes of not being acknowledged, but I knew that they were busy so I was trying to be patient.) The only reason I am writing this review is because he appears to be the manager and once he realized I might be recording him he makes eye contact with me and says "Excuse me ma'am why are you recording?" I lowered my phone and didn't even get the chance to respond, and now he seems aggressive and says in an angry voice "Excuse me you need to stop recording right now! " Now I am feeling verbally attacked in front of everyone in the lobby and so I respond by saying, 'Oh now you're going to acknowledge me?'As I turn to walk out, he literally yells across the lobby "Don't ever come back here again!"
