Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Four Corners

As a faithful woman I have tried to give this chipotle several chances….i had faith…hope even…that this chipotle was just the worst the one time I went there…but no….it is the worst every time I go there…I ordered a quesadilla through my fav, the chipotlane…I pull up…they give me a BOWL with just my toppings and I’m like hey girl um this is supposed to be a quesadilla..she DOESNT SAY A WORD AND JUST TAKES IT AND CLOSES THE WINDOW and so then she gives me a quesadilla and I open it and it only has THE CORN I ORDERED NOT THE RICE AND SOUR CREAM and so I’m like um maam…I ordered rice and sour cream too, YET AGAIN SHE TAKES IT AND CLOSES THE WINDOW with no words. I start to wonder if maybe I put her in shock. Finally, she opens the window and hands me my quesadilla. I open it and THERES NO RICE and I’m like okay it’s still missing rice and she’s like “oh since I already gave you the sour cream I will put the rice on the side” in a tone that I felt was meant to scar…idek I can’t fathom that type of customer service I’m so fr all I ask is that people can just do their jobs correctly I don’t need extra enthusiasm or anything but oh yeah the next time we went we had to cancel our order bc people were stuck in the drive thru line for literally 30+ mins. This review is for all of you complaining about the service there - Jennifer Franco the Manager at this store over works all her employees! I’m talking some work 10-14 hours because there is no coverage meanwhile she is OFF. The previous manager Emmanuel and Jaden both left because of her, when they were there the store was running smoothly let’s not forget many of you will not work hospitality it takes a lot to do this work! I went here to see this for myself the workers are tired - this is a busy area with all these spoiled customers who feel entitled. Chipotle if your reading this you need a better Manager to run this place one that cares for there employees and at some point you have to care if you want to be a successful store. To all the customers complaining before you attack learn to know that this comes from upper hand these employees can only do so much! If you want more cook your own meal at home instead of talking bad without some of these kids working through breaks and long shifts! To all the tourist learn to be sympathetic for your servers! I went here just to sit and watch all and saw the nasty customers! Jennifer Franco do better because you yourself are replaceable. Chipotle continues to be my go-to for a satisfying and customizable meal, and my recent experience was no exception! I opted for a burrito bowl with brown rice, chicken, black beans, fajita veggies, and mild salsa. Everything was fresh and flavorful, as always. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and tender, the veggies were crisp, and the combination of flavors was just delicious. It's amazing how you can tailor your meal to your exact preferences and still get a consistently high-quality experience.

But the real surprise was the chips and guacamole with a side of their chocolate chip cookies. The guacamole was creamy and perfectly seasoned, with just the right amount of lime and cilantro. The chips were crispy and salty, the perfect vehicle for the guac. And those cookies! Warm, chewy, and packed with chocolate chips, they were the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. It was a delightful contrast to the savory bowl.

Chipotle consistently delivers on fresh ingredients, generous portions, and a customizable menu. It's a fantastic value for the quality and the perfect spot for a quick, delicious, and satisfying meal. And don't forget the cookies!...
