The Italian Kitchen — Restaurant in Four Corners

As owners, we have been eating BBQ Chicken pizza here for years and it was always top notch: well dressed and delicious. Tonight this is what we received and when we asked for it to be remade, with toppings on it properly, we were told that “this is just how it is now” and they blamed the dough for how there were magically no toppings on most of the pizza, save for the middle that was more or less barely cooked because all of the cheese congealed there. They, unacceptably to me, refused to acknowledge that it was improperly made. This isn’t worth $5, let alone $20 U.S. dollars. I could have gotten a better pizza at any of the local chains...

Ok, so after a long days drive, I was looking for a nice restaurant for a bite and to chill. Seeing the highly rated reviews for this restaurant wandered on over... This is a poolside eatery, not an Italian restaurant, by any definition of the term. Antiseptic fast food atmosphere with a limited generic food selection, granted it is a step up from gas station cuisine. Pizza on pre-made crust.
