Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Franklin

I'm sorry. I don't normally write bad reviews because I know it's not the server's fault. But this was one of my worst eating out experiences ever.

Saturday night we went to eat here. We've eaten here a few times before, because it's the only place open in Franklin past 10pm, but I don't think we will ever come back. We would rather grab McDonald's and have a parking lot party.

They were out of sirloin steak, penne AND Alfredo pasta dishes, strawberry salads, baby back ribs and lemonade. A bunch of us ended up getting the ribeye and they all came out either rare or inedible. They also had no steak knives, so we had to share the 2 we got with each other.

We barely got any refills on drinks. We had to go to the bar to get more beers for ourselves because they didn't ask if we wanted more before checking us out. They also didn't ask if our food was good. Just brought us checks. We ended up mentioning about the steaks and the manager came over after and comped a few of them.

One of our group who had the ribeye, started puking before we even left the restaurant. A total of 5 in our group of 9 got sick with vomiting or/and diarrhea by the time we drove the

I went in for dinner. I sat down and ate. It was pretty good, but the only problem I had was I told the lady upfront that I was going to my car to get my credit card because I left my my wallet and when I left to get my credit card, I parked my car right beside the door so it would be easier for me to walk in because I have asthma and thought I was leaving and not paying, and they called the police on me I fight is very rude of them for trying to call the police on me for no reason I will not be going back to this place again and I felt rush the whole time I was here they kept asking if I needed any thing i said I was fine and they kept coming to my table asking if I needed any day and I told him for the fifth time that I was fine and I just want to eat my food in peace then they ask if if I was ready for the check and I told him no because I was still eating and this is one the reason why I won’t go back to this restaurant again and the whole time I was eaten time I was eating they kept looking at me and it was making me uncomfortable I just had a pretty bad experience that day because I had just lost my mother and I just needed to get out the house In the whole time I was at Applebee’s I was getting disrespected and they called the police on me Never...

Not giving this location anymore chances. We normally do car side to go but last time we ordered a steak medium well car side to go and got home and it was still half alive in the box. Tonight was my husbands birthday and he decided he wanted steak - I suggested eating in this time so if the steak was not cooked properly it could go back - well guess what - steak came out alive again and he ordered jalapeños and got 2 baby slices - so needless to say while me and my kids ate my husband sat (on his birthday) and watched because the steak had to go back. The steak came back cooked properly with a ton of jalapeños as it was ordered the first time. He was going to eat his salad but upon examining that the lettuce was old, brown and wilted so that was also a no go :( waitress was kind and friendly and we just suggested to her they may want to check the salad before sending out to tables. We got a whopping $1.99 off our order for the salad - haha $107 for my husband to watch me and the kids eat because he didn’t even get to eat with us. Never...
