The employee that placed our order wasn't listening and when we had to correct her mistake she acted as if it was an issue to correct her mistake of misunderstanding what we ordered and when I had my Arby's app on my phone to get reward points cause employees are to scan the QR Scan and the young lady said she didn't know how to do it with a smack at her mouth rolling her eyes and when our food was ready we were dining in and she put our order in a bag and the food was old the sandwiches were messing and had a sour taste as well as the dining area was disgusting along with a different employee came out to the dining area spraying cleaner on tables as three different tables with customers eating and that's great to clean tables off but not spraying chemical as individuals are eating due to anyone that has asthma, COPD, or other health related issues. The employees would greet certain customers with friendliness but not all customers and it was a very uncomfortable feeling and I will never go there again due to the atmosphere of treatment as well as the food being served in the manner it was and the management needs to be retrained as well as the employees that were under that management due to the unprofessional nature of how the restaurant was being kept and conducted and if the health department would had walked in Arby's they would had been violated because the restaurant wasn't of code and hopefully they will make positive changes in that environment cause...

An employee from Walmart came in on her break ordered and got her food in about 5 minutes or less while several of us had been waiting for 15-20 minutes if not longer for our food.
