Crumbl — Restaurant in Frederick

Went in to pick up a mobile order as I was across the street for trivia night at Distilled. Put the order in, waited about 10 minutes, then headed over to pick up. I got in line behind one person and told the cashier my name and that I was picking up. I waited about ten minutes and after about three people ordering and getting their orders ahead of me, I said “hi, not trying to be annoying but is the order for Cody being worked on?” The cashier said let me check and asked the person putting the orders together and she shrugged her shoulders and looked like she was saying she was just doing the orders that show up on the screen. No apology or explanation. Another 5 min goes by and a couple more orders ahead of mine, and finally my order is up and I grab it and go. They had at least 5 employees working 9pm on a Tuesday evening and I was waiting 15 min in the store for a mobile order I put in before I showed up. Only 2 people were actively filling orders. If they are charging what they are for cookies, then the experience has to be better.

I had a feeling I was better off giving my business to a local owned store and I will gladly make my way to Bakehouse or Glory Doughnuts...

Crumbl is an amazing shop with so many cookies and pastries for Soo many people and they even have a weekly menu and I can’t wait to see the next weekly menu they are so good and a lot of people have done reviews and said the cookies are good. Although different people have different options on the cookies my opinion on the cookies are good. I think that not only they should have weekly cookies but I also think they should have holiday cookies too they would be good I am sure of it! Crumbl may be a bit overatied but it’s worth it. They have so many flavors of cookies that are moist and delicious they also have an app that you can order from you can pick up go to the store and order there is shipping and there is delivery. I think crumbl would be a good place to work. And all I have to say is good opinions and good job to crumbl and the staffs and thank you for baking amazing cookies and treats for us and there amazing and thank you for everything you guys are amazing! Unfortunately, the customer service has tremendously gone downhill. I am a loyal customer here however, I recently began getting a box of cookies every so often for my church ministry. Tonight was extremely disappointing being as though the 2 employees there seemed like they did not want to help whatsoever (Josh & AJ) and one of them (AJ) continued making condescending and rude comments stating “well you are getting a free box that you should be paying $40 for.” …. EVEN THOUGH number 1. They throw them all away since they are closed THE NEXT DAY WHICH IS Sundays and NUMBER 2. I already had gotten consent from the owner Preston that instead of them throwing them all away, they can donate them to my church as long as I come by 2 min before closing.
