Please Read, and no I am not a robot!!! To me, when I think of a restaurant that has 4 or more stars to it, a couple of things come to find. Food, the menu, the experience, the attention to detail, taste (clearly) and most importantly, the customer experience. Valentine’s Day was made, for my wife and I, because of the magnificent job that the entire staff did to that night special for us. No kids, no work the next day, it had been months since we had gone out and neither one of us had tried a tequila bar before, let alone this restaurant and it was nothing short of spectacular. For those that have the pleasure of going, make sure two people are there. They will make your experience remarkable. Dante (if I spelled his name correctly) was a gentlemen, a professional, a prototype of what customer service should exemplify when interacting with customers. A great listener, paid attention to detail, and always checks in to make sure everything is okay and whether or not we needed anything. He deserves a raise, a weekend off, something because he is an asset to your business. The second person, is Anna, the bartender. That woman must have went to the bartending school of John Taffer because our drinks were nothing short of phenomenal. She had a bright personality, interacted with us on multiple drink orders, and was just a pleasure to speak to. Next one is on us lol. I wish I would have taken a picture of the receipt but we wound up spending over $300 on Valentines Day in this restaurant, check the reservation under Merilyn and Andrew, and the biggest reason why, is because the service we received far exceeded service we expected. Thank you for an amazing time, and we will definitely be back!!!

Went here after a FSO concert at the Weinberg Center for a late dinner. The staff was wonder and extremely friendly. They were very helpful with explaining the various drinks and food selections. The overall atmosphere was inviting and they separated the bar area with a partial open wall design. They have a HUGE selection of Tequla and Mezcal on hand for shots or a their specialty Magaritas. These fit well with their appetizers or tacos. We highly recommend the Blistered Shishito Peppers, but be warned, some are hot. The Queso Fundito is a meal in itself as we nearly filled up on that. Speaking of tacos, they have several imaginative types to pickfrom - over 10 if I remember correctly. We order 2 types each, so we could sample more. You get 2 tacos per plate with more the enough toppings. We were relaxed and not rushed during our dinner. We will definitely be back for more drinks and try the other tacos.

A disappointment. 1. Food was inconsistent, the burrito was just OK, some of the tacos were good, others bland. 2. We had a coupon we got 2-3 weeks ago $5 off / $20 food purchase but we were told that it doesn't apply, it has to be a $20 food item not for the entire bill. I'll upload the coupon for you to decide. 3. I didn't know until a few minutes ago that they charge a 3% credit card fee. I don't mind paying that but would be nice to know before paying. I'll upload the receipt. 4. Beer was supposed to be 1/2 off for lunch, they still charged me full price. Definitely not going back until something changes, and from what I can tell already, the place won't last too long, specially with all the really good options just steps from it. Hope they realize a change is needed before they go belly up.

We sat without being greeted for 15 minutes before I went to the host and asked for help. We were told the server in our section had been cut, and no one had communicated that we there. It was odd since the tables to either side of us were being served. When our server finally arrived she was very nice, but we were told the kitchen was closing soon so we put our entire order in. Luckily we were ready since we'd been sitting for a while. We got the fried Avocado appetizer, which was tasty, but the chicken was super salty. We couldn't finish it. We ordered a Casa Salad, which was really good, and some street corn, also very tasty. Unfortunately, the star of the show, the tacos, were nearly inedible. Just like the chicken from the appetizer, the tacos were all way too salty. We got chicken, brisket, rockfish and pork, all of them too salty. The mango margarita was delicious, but the drinks took a very long time to arrive. While we were eating an announcement was made that we'd have to finish our meal and leave, or pay a $15 cover charge to stay. By this point all the tables around us had been cleared away, I guess as a dance floor, and workers were stacking chairs and tables in the corner. We felt very uncomfortable. We paid our tab and left. I recommend the drinks, but not the food. I assume the service was just an off night. Also, as a fair warning, this business charges an additional 3% service charge if you pay by card. I guess they believe the cost of credit card processing should be on...

We went for a friend's birthday party for tacos and drinks. I never received the drink I ordered and ended up finishing my wife's vodka crush (and it wasn't good, either). The chips were underseasoned, the "salsa" tasted like Ragu (it was made somewhat tolerable by half a bottle of Cholula), and the queso had a gritty texture and an Alfredo sauce reminiscence that was off-putting. When the tacos came out, they were not consistent in size or toppings (some people in my party ordered the same tacos, but you wouldn't know it by looking) and none were worth writing home about (again, Cholula made them edible to very hungry people). Stay away from the shrimp tacos, which had 4 measley (TINY) anemic shrimp with a dollop of unseasoned mashed avocado and no other seasoning (oh and still had shells too). To boot, the tacos were overpriced even during happy hour.

Our server was not attentive. We needed to remind them of things (I lost hope on my drink after asking 2 people at least 3 times) and really didn't seem to care about the restaurant at all (they answered menu questions with an ambivalent "I don't know").

When it came time to pay, our server offered to split the check but did so incorrectly and people ended up paying for the wrong items. We needed to sort money out ourselves after we left.

There are much better restaurants in Frederick where I'll be spending time instead of here, including both brick and mortar restaurants and food trucks with better...
