First time I have ever experienced prejudice at a restaurant. Management and line servers were all Hispanic only one African-American female, which was the cashier and table cleaner. I requested my standard meal and I received half a serving of lettuce half a serving of cheese. I received half a spoon of chicken as my full serving of chicken. I had to pay $3.50 extra for a standard serving of chicken. I had to ask for extra cheese and extra lettuce. The server gave me a very unwelcoming look and made me wait to receive the extra lettuce. After I checked out, I watched how she served the Hispanic group that was behind me. They were served more graciously, a heaping handful of lettuce, heaping handful of cheese and an overloaded spoonful of chicken. They were NOT charged extra for their servings. I requested to see the manager to discuss the situation. I completed my meal and was still waiting for the manager. The manager never came to my table or out from the back of the kitchen. As I went to leave, I saw the manager you made eye contact and he avoided me. I see that he’s also Hispanic. Before I left I looked at the rest of the consumers and realize they were all Hispanics with full plates. My husband and I are African-American and the only ones with the bare minimum. Read moreVisited 12/10/23 at 5pm- my fiance and I both wanted chicken but it was the very bottom of the bucket. the worker was trying to spare it in assuming- giving us the tiniest scoops of burnt chicken from the bottom. I asked for fresh chicken and they proceeded to tell me they "didn't have any". my fiancé always gets double chicken and when I saw the slightly bigger scoop he got- I asked to speak to a manager to have them remade. a young girl comes out from the back and just stares at me while I voice what's wrong, she doesn't say a word and walks to the back. customer servixe was TERRIBLE by every single employee including the manager who looks like she could be in high school. lazy workers, the restaurant is always a mess and the food sucks. going home to cook dinner instead of wasting my money!
From reading other reviews it's clear that this is a trend for this chipotle. Don't waste your time when there's others right down the road because this store has absolutely no customer service skills and should quite honestly just be shut down at this point. Read more-This socially distanced line was moving VERY slowly and I have been to this establishment several times before before COVID when the line was NOT socially distanced and moved much quicker. -The crew was very loud, it seemed to be one member in particular, even when waiting in line from the far side of the store. They were often changing positions and not just sliding the order down the line. When it was my turn the loud employee was at the burrito warmer station. There were already 2 parties ahead of me at the bar. At 6 feet per person that is a full counter correct? He kept speaking loudly with large sweeping hand motions to come forward. I am mad at myself for listening to him. He did not stop there he packed the front service bar with customers as the customer ahead of me apparently had some questions and took a few extra minutes. Clearly NO TRAINING has been given to the crew regarding COVID safety and if it has, it is not being enforced. This and the slow speed of service are a sign of very poor management.
