Starbucks — Restaurant in Fremont

I've gotten coffee from here at least 7 times.

Their staff has become surprisingly rude. About a month ago, I was in the drive thru and ordered a black coffee with a splash of water (for someone with lactose intolerance) and they gave us something that looked like a latte and had milk. When we came back to the drive thru to tell them they gave us the wrong drink, they argued with us and gave us a hard time. We were honestly baffled.

On a second occasion when my partner went to the drive thru to pickup his venti mobile order, one of the young girls gave him a grande and insisted that he had to come inside if he wanted it fixed to a venti. He asked her to make it there and she asked him if she should have the manager come to the window because she wouldn't make it unless he came inside. He didn't have time and had to leave with the grande. He's also super sweet and not very combative so it frustrated me that this staff worker was so serious about him "not holding up the line" yet she was ready to waste time by having a manager come to the window.

Maybe just remake the drink instead of wasting time arguing and getting...

I’ve always been honest with all my reviews. When it’s good, it’s good, and when it’s bad, I felt like I still had to say it.

My sister is a very big fan of SB. She always buy SB before going to work everyday. And her go-to drinks are Caramel Macchiato and Strawberry Açai.

Today, I had to get it for her coz I’m already out. She ordered online and I had to pick it up (drive thru). When I got home, my sister tried her macchiato and sad to say, it was so bad that it almost taste like caramel latte with lots of water. 😵‍💫 The taste was nothing like her previous purchases from other SB branches. Idk what has changed, did they forgot to pump some caramel? Idk 🥲

Anyway, wait time is decent, and the baristas were okay - not rude or anything - so I’m gonna give two stars for that 😉 hmmm.. but i hope they can improve their drinks, coz this is the nearest SB...

Was a weird experience here at this Starbucks. The cashier was kind of rude (seemed like she was the manager) and the place had straw wrappers and other garbage on the floor in different areas. Looks like they just got through a rush and decided not to send anyone out to clean the floors or tables (but whatever, we weren't staying). I decided to get the new Apple Oatmilk Machiatto, now I have had apples in my oatmeal before, but one thing you shouldn't add to that is coffee (not completely horrible, but not good). Overall experience was not that good, it seems like Starbucks is starting to go to the dumps at different locations. Seems like you can't run that many stores with high quality like they used to have. If they keep declining like this, soon enough they will be out of business, and that's not good, cause I like Starbucks 😟. Won't come back...
