GG's Food Factory — Restaurant in Fresno

Stumbled across the store front after doing some business in the area and entered an open, spacious, nicely decorated restaurant. It definitely has event hosting potential. We were greeted by the owner operator and another family member worker. Friendly service with one glitch regarding displayed menu price, different than actual, apologized and said he'll correct. We waited around 10 minutes for food serving, neatly presented in to-go containers. The chicken fatuoush salad veggies were fresh, nicely seasoned chicken breast, and a good amount of pita bred chips atop. The garlic sauce was more like the texture of mayonnaise, which was different, and did not have as a vibrant, garlic presence as with other Mediterranean expressions. The other entree was the beef kebab plate. The kebabs were cooked well done, as preferred, tender, juicy, and well-blended seasoning. Ggs food factory, and its owners, are the sweetest people you could ever meet. Their food is delicious, and their garlic sauce and hummus is to die for. They catered for my husband and I's wedding, and they were punctual, brought all their utensils, and continuously communicated throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them for any catering needs, or even a quick stop by. We tried their pizza, and it was the best homemade Mediterranean style pizza. Easy to get to, metered parking out front but also fairly close to parking structures if you don’t mind a short walk. Plenty of seating with space between tables as well. Easy to bring a group of friends.

The food is delicious and fresh. I got the boneless beef plate. Comes with several pieces of meat(cooked and seasoned amazingly), salad, hummus, pilaf, and pita. I also had a small container of garlic sauce.

The meal was so good. I love Mediterranean food and this hit the spot.
