The girls that work here are ALWAYS WELCOMING even if it’s busy. As soon as you walk in someone is greeting you, “Hi welcome to subway!” But today 9.29.2018 at 945am-10am — I came in for my daily morning sandwich. And I didn’t get a greet or any acknowledgement that I walked in. So I’m not really thinking too much of it as I saw the girl name “Simpa” (correct me if I’m wrong) I seen her making a few sandwiches, stood right in front of her and STILL not a word from her. So I decided to try and “small talk”
“Oh, I see you have a big order today..”
And She still didn’t acknowledge me. She had head phones in her ear and I thought she didn’t hear me or possibly ignoring my presence. So at this point my guards went up and I patiently waited 10 minutes until she was done with her sandwiches.
She took my order. Asked me what kind of bread, told her and When it came down to the choice of meat, I said “CRISPY CHICKEN”... She then proceeded with ROTISSERIE CHICKEN and I corrected her by saying, “I asked for Crispy Chicken.” (This is where it caught me off guard) She argues back, “NO, YOU SAID ROTISSERIE CHICKEN.” with an annoyed attitude, then threw the chicken in the bucket. So I asked her for her name then she went on and made a comment and I asked her to repeat what she had said because I was DUMB-FOUNDED for a second as to why it was hard for her to take my order when I was not being rude at all and she repeated what she said,
“Don’t complain. Because I have a big order and I’m busy.”
I didn’t say a word after that. Just gave her a look. Total came out to be $10.25. I tipped her a dollar and wished her a good day. I don’t mind the wait. I’ll patiently wait as I do to the other girls or try to make my order fast for them to get to the others behind me. But today just made me uncomfortable. I’m rating 3 stars because at the end, this is the nicest subway I’ve been to in town. I hope they can re-train thee employee to balance a big order at the same time as one person walking in for a foot...
Read moreWe ordered 2 sandwiches and had to ask for more of literally every topping and ingredient. The girl making my sandwich was told EVERYTHING except jalapeños. The first topping she grabbed was jalapeños. Then, when I corrected her, she only gave me half of the toppings that I asked for in small amounts, i.e: 3 leaves of spinach, 5 sliced strings of bell pepper, same with the onions etcetera. Then my boyfriend had to ask 3 times for more olives. Finally, we go to pay and I asked for my sandwich to be packaged in two separate wrappers, one for me and one for our son. So, they wrapped my boyfriend's sandwich in half. I am pretty much stunned at the poor customer service, horrible attitude and ridiculous excuses for dry meat and skimpy serving sizes. Whatever they can do to rip you off at this restaurant. Unless there is no other option in the world, avoid this place...
Read moreWe were surprised that this Fresno subway franchise located at 7198 N. Abbey Street #A-1 93720, would not take our $17.99 coupon code 1799FL when we’ve been here before and used one exactly like it. The girl Kerin was rude about it as well and kept making this annoying face because she suggested we talk with her manager after 7pm today and 7 am tomorrow but the number goes to the store phone only.
How inconsistent this service is on when they want to enforce a corporate program at a valid participating store and make rules to when and how you can use the coupons they provide. Isn’t it in a sense a form of discrimination? Especially when you have a judge-mental and rude person behind the counter that cannot explain the reason why their standards are...
