All I can say is disappointing. I’ve had 4 vehicles done by Audio Sound Lab. 2 of 4 we’re ok. 1 was what I thought to be a mistake on their part which was easily forgivable. But no.4...not so much. I won’t be back. Now it’s possible COVID-19 played a part at first, but I’m not so sure. I took my 4th vehicle in for a complete upgrade. At first I was told parts were impossible to get because of COVID and spoke with their install tech who made good sound recommendations. But when it came for install time, I didn’t receive what I put a deposit on nor what I was hoping for. And worse, it sounded BAD. The original plan I agreed to had been changed and speakers I didn’t want or ask for were installed. When I went to complain a resolution was presented to install what was originally ordered. But my stereo went from bad to worse. When I tried to complain again I was told I was ‘pushing the stereo to hard’. The system they originally said would be fine was under powered. Thankfully another shop was able to fix the issue, replace the speakers installed with a higher quality, and help get me the sound quality I was looking for.
I would recommend shopping around. Do a google search of other installers. I’m out thousands of dollars but a least the headache is gone....and my stereo rocks when I push it (no...
Read moreI bought a radio a few years ago. It works fine. I came back to get a camera added on for $125.00. The camera was not included in that price, and afterward, my parking sensors did not work. I took it back and know it works, but they bypassed the on/off button in my cab. I don't know what is going on at this point. So when I finally get some more money, I will have to take it to someone else & get whatever they did to it undone. Update: I don't even understand their reply beings. The problem is with the parking sensor, which came with the pickup from the factory. That is what they used instead of the backup light to hook up the camera. I asked about the camera & they said it was good & one that they sell there. The other shop found my main wire harness incorrectly plugged in & when they fixed that, my sensor now work most of the time. The black one is what they plugged in & the green one is what the other shop plugged in. Also, the wiring for the camera is wrapped around my spare tire, so when I drop the tire, all the wiring will...
Read moreAbsolutely love this place. Hope they are here for many years to come.
Got my new car done here and they always treat you right. Had a sub, front and rear component speakers (with drilling required for rear tweeters)an amp install, and a output converter install, and my gas and brake pedal that are electroluminescent!!!
Made a mistake putting my amp on full range instead of hipass.. and drove in thinking the rear component speakers came unsoldered. The installer (i forget his name) was professional about telling me the issue with that and suggested I keep it on hipass to keep the speakers not working as hard. What a rookie mistake I made that he handled with care.
This gem is pure old fashioned mom and pop store customer service (1on1), and an install of the equipment from associates that are passionate about the industry. Peace of mind is PRICELESS. Thank you AutoSoundLab for making it...
