I enjoy being greeted by a happy face and voice, especially when placing an order. I had questions about a new item to me, and asked for details. They were promptly offered with all the various options. Upon placibg my order, my drink cup was offered without prompting. Wendy's was especially busy in the drive-up, while I was waiting inside. I got my drink, and proceeded to wait for my order. After a couple minutes, I was asked which order was mine. Wow, the worker went and checked the prompter to see where it was. For being around for fifty years, the quality at this location is pretty good. The burger was jucy, living up to it's hype, the fries were hot, but unsalted. I would have preferred them salted right out of the fryer, not after they began to cool and salt them myself it's easier if they do it before they set them in the box. Doing it myself leaves fries that don't get any salt and some that get too much. The frosties are still great, although being soft serve, they should be a little firmer so they aren't melting in the time it takes to get to your seat.
