Worst job experience in my life. Worked there 2 days and was accused of stealing on my off day. The owner and I closed the store and the the owner Gilbert took the deposit in his office. (THERE ARE CAMERAS EVERYWHERE). Next day I got a call to return my shirt as well as the deposit because the little girl Stephanie that trained me did not like my response to a question she asked me during training. I zoomed to the store because I have never been accused of stealing in my entire life!!!! Gilbert refused to watch the video cameras and did not want me to call the police. This was only a part time job for me I can make 200 a day at my full time job y would I come on my 2nd day of work and steal in front of the owner and even dare to return to the premisis!! I recorded everything and will be forwarding it all to my attorney!!! My advice if u are not Mexican do not work here!!! I look Hispanic but when they figured out I was Black I was targeted!!! Gilbert has the deposit and needs to return it I never even touched the envelope it was in and I dont appreciate being acccused!! I will tell everyone I know to never shop here and God will surely punish u more than I ever could. And Stephanie and Gilbert yall can kiss my black ass!! Read moreI have been going here roughly every couple of months for the past 10 years since I moved back to the area. I’ve never had anything but neutral experiences (what should be expected at a smoothie shop) until today. There is a sign on the door stating that all who enter must wear a mask. I follow this as I would in any indoor business during a global pandemic. Multiple patrons as well as the person making the smoothies were maskless. I understand that the staff here cannot be the mask police, however they can properly be sanitary while making my food. I am more than happy to remove this review if management reaches out and lets me know that staff has been retrained to properly wear masks. I blame the management more than the staff because this shows a clear lack of training on why wearing a mask in food service is so important.

Read moreI don’t know why management thought it was wise to leave three young teenagers in charge by themselves. I walked in & asked for a 20 oz smoothie and handed Shachi my receipt and told her it’s for a 1.00 off my smoothie. She said ok. When she rung me out, I noticed she didn’t take a dollar off. She didn’t even say the total. She asked a young girl that was there if she can help. The girl said she couldn’t do it without management. I was pissed because Shachi and the young lady was playing and giggling before hand.
Also the young black guy that blended up my smoothie left 6 pcs of chunks of ice in my smoothie. I was already aggravated from the girls playing. I noticed the ice in my smoothie when I was 30 mins away. Do better !!! I paid 6.00 for something that should’ve been free.
