UPDATE: still 5 stars! Returned for the lunch buffet today with Mom and had curd rice, rasam, idly, veg dum biryani, and khadai paneer. The spice and flavor profile was all on point. Unfortunately, I am allergic to brinjal, so I could not try the sambar. We were also asked if we would like masala dosa, roti, or batura since it comes with the buffet. We opted for masala dosa and it was divine! Enjoyed and savored every bite. For dessert today, they offered Rava Payasam, Boondi Laddu, and Masala Chai. All amazing! Can’t imagine going anywhere else and having a truly authentic Indian dining experience. The owners of this establishment were delightful and have a professional work ethic, as well as a clear dedication and adherence to high standards of food quality. We will be regulars here going forward. ———————————————————————- First time here and it definitely won't be the last. Excellent Service, Ambiance, and Food Quality. Hands down THE best Veg Restaurant at which we have ever had the pleasure of dining. As soon as you enter, the restaurant has a pleasant aura and welcoming vibe. Highly deserving of a 5-star rating.
We were greeted and welcomed with a smile, assisted by Tanvi, and selected a booth. I noticed bottled water with a serviette and proper silverware already set up. Thought that was a nice touch. This is a small, intimate space for relaxing and enjoying a meal and achieves an upscale and modern feel.
We were debating between à la carte or buffet and decided on the buffet (which was clearly the more logical choice since there were an array of dishes to choose from). The food was outstanding- the okra curry, curd rice, tomato chutney, coconut chutney, idly, onion pakora, mysore bonda, poriyal, and MOST noteworthy- the paneer butter masala. The freshness, texture, and taste was exceptional! The combination and balance of flavors and spices clearly reflects the owner's culinary passion and commitment to high standards. Not once did I feel that the food was oily or salty. I also did not get that uncomfortable and full feeling that you get sometimes at Indian restaurants. Just another reason I prefer Veg food. We were so impressed (being first time visitors) that we are already planning our next visit.
Arun greeted us at our table and gave us a choice between poori, chapati, and batura. We ordered one chapati each and it was the ideal accompaniment to our meal.
After our meal, we made our way to the dessert table. -Boondi Ladoo (delicious and not too sweet which we appreciate) -Mysore Pak (also delicious; literally melt in your mouth with a burst of flavor)
There was also Chai available in a steel percolator next to the desserts Perfectly spiced and not at all sweet; just the way we like it
I can definitely see ourselves here as regulars going forward. Excited to return and try more items.
Thank you, Tanvi and Arun Mom and I will be...

Read moreWe walked in with a infant in hand and enquired abot wait time and was told 10 min wait . We gladly obliged and were seated within the said time. Once we asked for ala carte order the host told it will be 20-25 min wait. Not wanting to waste time, we placed all the order at once. The host was impressive and memorized the order with ease.
That was the end of our good impression. what followed was a horrible mismanaged restaurant show not just for us but also for fellow diners who were ordering ala carte.
We waited for 20 mins no food came so we requested for mango lassi to satiate our hunger which too multiple reminders to be given to us. 40 mins past and then we politely enquired the status of order and was told 5 more mins. We were given a heated paraotta which appeared to be frozen ones that we get ftim grocery stores. We waited for another 25 mins for simple Dosa to appear (90 mins from order) .
We waited for another 10 mins by which my family were tired if wait and baby had started to get restless.
At this point I had enough, when I questioned the host i was surprised to hear the response that we were informed about 30 mins wait and there are several orders ahead of ours so we will have to wait to be served.
One person named Shiva in the staff had the audacity to say if you can’t wait you should have buffet .
To the manager/ management,
if you don’t have the ability to serve ala carte inform upfront so that we can gladly walk away.
you cannot run the entire kitchen with one chef/ cook ( this was told to us by the host) on a weekend.
you are in services industry where customers are king/queen. Have basic courtesy to converse with diners as we pay for experience and not here for free take aways
ask yourself the question, will you wait 2 hrs 15 mins for a simple order to be served and later be told u shud eat wats on tray not make specific order.
Bottom line : not going again, wouldn’t recommend to anyone,
Suggestion : fix your kitchen, fix your staff else you will lose out to other restaurants near...
