Starbucks — Restaurant in Fruita

This Starbucks is the worst Starbucks in junction. It has gotten to the point of I will drive into junction for Starbucks before I waste money at this Starbucks. They are always rude won't remake drinks that are made wrong. They won't add whip cream when they don't put it on there and tell me flat out what do you care I didn't charge you for the whip cream. This whole crew needs to be fired and a new crew needs to be brought in. They have all worked there way to long and they are all wayyy to comfortable with the fact that they will have their jobs no matter what. My coffee never tastes the same and it never is made right. Management don't care if the team even grabs a manager the manger will ask what I expect to be done and tells me they can't...

Against my better judgment and firm decision to never set foot in a Starbucks again, I found myself with no other option and decided to give it one more shot. Big mistake. I’ve always thought their coffee was bad, but this time it truly confirmed that Starbucks serves the worst coffee in the world. I ordered a simple espresso—literally the most basic coffee you can make—and even that was a disaster. Bitter, burnt, and just completely off. How can a coffee chain this massive fail at the most fundamental thing?

It’s honestly baffling that with all their resources and presence, they still can’t get coffee right. If you care about quality coffee, this place is not it. Starbucks remains, hands down, the worst coffee experience I’ve had....

I am convinced this is the best Starbucks in America, if not in the world lol. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with smiling faces and “welcome in” no matter how busy they are and it’s such an inviting environment. On top of that I can genuinely say they have never messed up my order not once. And everybody understands mistakes happen if they ever did make a mistake I know they would go above and beyond to fix it just like they go above and beyond in their customer service every single day. Show these ladies and gents some love with a tip every time you go in please. They deserve it so much. I know they’re not family owned but they sure make it feel that way by remembering your name and always being so friendly.10/10...
