I come here very frequently while I’m at work since the restaurant is on my route. However, this is not the first time but the second time this young lady has been rude! She a fat young Mexican that always works the drive through! I create my order online an my order is already done since I use the app. The first time she gave my food away when I delebrately seen my name on the food she hands it to me an snatched it away an said that’s not ur food it for someone else . I watched her give my food away. Then when the supervisor or MOD said were was this customers food. She got snappy at her because she was wrong. They had to remake my order which made it even longer. Once they remade the order they still made it wrong it was pointless and a waist of my time.However, I should have not given this astablistment any of my business from there but I decide to give them another try. She deliberately walked pass my food several times when all she had to do was simply grab my food and hand it to me. I watched her make an order directly in front of my food an instead of grabbing my food as well she continued to make me wait and got smart with me when I asked her to hand me my food. I should had got a refund but it was way to many people in the store to do this it would had made me more annoyed. I say that to say this I won’t be coming here again. Read moreHorrible experience that I ever dealt with Burger King. I ordered meals with drinks through Dash many times without issues until today. I do expected some mistakes from Delivery as typical BUT.... Delivery dropped off meals without drinks. I asked Dash driver if driver can go back and get my drinks. Driver refused and told me to go get drinks myself. So I decided to go Burger King. I asked and showed the receipt to staff/manager. They won't cooperate, refuse to look at my receipt for missing drinks. Even I had e-receipt and photo proof Dash left my front door with Burger King bag and no drinks. Staff and Manager refused to look and cooperate with me over missing drinks (not my 100 percent fault). So I finally forced staff to give me drinks. I reported Dash and got my full refund. Burger King Manager and staff shouldn't treat any customers lowest level after we paid full price with meal, tips and delivery fees. No wonder the health score is so low. Tables are left dirty Sometimes with dried ketchup in the booth seats.
Service - 3/5 I don't know what happens at night, but the service goes from Dr. Jekyll to Mr. Hyde. Dayshift seems to be a more cheery crew.
Price - 2/5 They have the "Two Whopper Meals for $10" - deal going on. Drive up and say I just want two whoppers only with no buns (lo carb). Ends up being $10 dollars anyways despite the fact it does not come with two cokes and two fries. How the hell does that work? Less food ='s same amount as more food? Just plain stupid.
