Watch out for this crew. I have ordered there on three occasions. All three times the order was 2#10s and a #9. Easy enough you would think. The first time all went as ordered. The second time I got the sandwiches home I found 2#9s and a 10. Ok everyone makes a mistake and I didn't worry about it. This time (9 Dec 2020) I got home and in the bag is 1#9 and 1#10....according to my paid receipt they shorted me a sandwich. I call them and I get "oh ya, your second #10 is right here." Of course my question is how did you screwup a 3 sandwich order? I jump back in my truck (I live out side of their 5 minutes delivery zone) and pick up my sandwich. "Hey! I am the guy you shorted on a #10" as I waive my receipt in the air. I get no apology,.no gift card, no discount not even a "good day" and all I get is "I don't know how this happened". Well next time the cashier hands you the receipt and you place it on the order board above the sandwich making area, after you warp the sandwiches and before you put the receipt into the bag, read the receipt to make sure the order is correct. Like I said, watch out for this crew...IMO they can screw...

I waited another twenty minutes in the store. I looked at the screen on the wall and my order was still 8th in line. I finally asked for my money back. There were only two employees working and approximately 10+ people waiting inside the store. I watched three people walk in and upon seeing the line they just walked out. The two employees working were working harder then a one armed wall paper hanger but there is no way two employees can keep up with a Sunday lunch rush. Based on other reviews, this is a common problem at this location. Management should read the prior reviews and fix this problem! Maybe management is trying to save a buck but they are actually losing money...

Sat in the car for 20 minutes before going in to check on it, they said it would be another 5 minutes. Waited 20 more minutes and still no one told us our order was ready, the order tracker on the website never updated to ready either. Find out, after 3 more people get their orders, that mine is sitting at the end of the line ready only after overhearing an exchange between the employees about the name on the order and heard my name. They still didn't try to re-call out the name on the order to the patrons standing there waiting, they just shrugged and went on their way. And still at the time I write this the order tracker has not updated to ready....
