KFC — Restaurant in Gadsden

I was on a date, my treat, at this store. As we walk in, we notice none of the tables have been wiped down, crumbs were everywhere. I ordered the K5 fill up, and my boyfriend ordered two five layer burritoes no sour cream. I'm not very picky, and neither is he, but when I opened my box there was no skin whatsoever on the top of the thigh and it obviously wasn't fresh because the rest of the skin on it was so limp I couldn't eat it. The leg had hardly any meat on it whatsoever. The cashier was nice, and was surprised that something like that was even given out. He gave me another one. My mashed potatoes had hardly any gravy on it, so i ordered another side of gravy. The guy was nice and gave me a discount for what happened with my food. I liked the people, but I wasn't satisfied at all of the condition of the food, but I ate what I could. Then my boyfriend found sour cream on his burritoes. Not wanting to cause a scene because we know personally what its like to work fast food and people make mistakes, he ate it anyway. He went to the bathroom and threw up his food because he cant have sour cream, and saw that the bathroom had urine stains on the seat and there was a broken faucet. I ordered one more chicken leg from the heater and asked them to drop it in the fryer for a few more minutes. They were nice about it but they asked if i would be happier if they made a fresh one. I said yes. After I bought it and went back to my table? They call me back over and they said it would take 20 minutes. By this time i was irritated, but i already ordered it and was stuck there until it got done. 30 minutes later the leg comes out, and we leave.

Will never be going back again and do NOT recommend going there. Its a waste of money and the products...

The hours needed to be updated for the East Gadsden KFC which is KFC and Taco Bell, it says that the hours of operation is from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. and that is false the 1:00 a.m. is for Taco Bell and the closing hours for KFC that I've been told by one of the workers there is 9:00 pm for KFC. So I noticed that there was an update for the hours 2 weeks ago well they need to update it again and have separate hours for KFC and Taco Bell. It Says on the hours that KFC is open is from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. that's for Taco Bell. The hours for KFC is from 10:00 until 9:00 p.m., I had made an order for KFC at the East Gadsden location and I thought that they meant KFC closes at 1:00 a.m. and I called the store and I had complained because I had ordered a 12 piece bucket meal and I was supposed to have six biscuits with my order and when I put my order in they were out and they told my Dasher that it was going to be 20 minutes for the biscuits to be done so they gave me six chocolate chip cookies for the substitution of the biscuits because they were out and it would have taken 20 minutes for those biscuits to get done. So the hours of operation for the East Gadsden location needs to be updated again and they need separate hours for the KFC store and the Taco Bell because like I said it shows operation for that location is 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. for KFC and that needs to be...

The general manager at this location is horrible. The service is horrible the drive-thru time is horrible. I was told that the area director was Michael treble and he only comes through when he wants to. This place needs to get it together it's not a good representation of Bill Byrd. Mr Bill has high standards and he wants his restaurants to operate better than what they're doing. This could really be a money-making restaurant I guess the manager doesn't realize are most of the money comes through the drive-thru if you will move the drive-thru you will increase the sales. The employee should get off the telephone stop being rude and disrespectful to the customers repeat the orders back to the customer and make sure that the orders are accurate. They are still good managers out there stop settling for less stop hiring just anybody because you need bodies...
