I dont normally complain or leave bad reviews but at this point im annoyed especially for it being my kids birthday celebration. I made a reservation on the 14th for a table of 6. When we got there we loaded up our cards and we let the kids play. At 1:25 we stood in line to get our table that we reserved days ago. When it was our turn the hostess said they didn't have any tables and that we would have to wait for a booth, looking around all the table were empty and they explained that they had a reservation for other people coming that had a party I think it was a baseball team or whatever but the fact of the matter is I reserved a table and I was on time so I don't understand why we were pushed aside or not accounted for. After I stated what's the point of making a reservation if you can't honor it he looked puzzled and said the only thing he could do was slide 2 table together which we agreed to because again we made a reservation WE didnt have time to wait and we shouldn't have had to wait especially for people who weren't even there yet but finally after we were seated it was awkward because our table was the only one pushed together. Then it took a little bit for food and drinks and we waited about 35mins after we were all done eating to get the bill. I just don't understand if your not going to honor a reservation why even have one? Like make that make sense. I just wounder how many other family make reservation and get turned away even though they made a reservation. And I get we weren't turned away only because I made a comment the place was empty and we were on time! But I don't understand why it was even a thing because we had a reservation it should of been accounted for.
I also don't understand why they sent me a email canceling my reservation at 2:00 when we were clearly there when the reservation was made and was waiting to eat at that time. Maybe to save themselves for being held accountable for not knowing how to do reservations. I wouldn't recommend the dinning to anyone. The game area is the only thing...
Read moreMy girlfriend and I, a long with a small group of friends stop in at Dave and busters after see a movie for food and drinks. Worst decision ever! The server was not present, Never check in on us, in fact we had wave him down multiple times to receive the most basic of service. We order the tailgate mixed drink for the table and after sometime they brought us the wrong drink to the table, we reused the drink on this bases. Once they finally brought the correct drink, it tasted like nothing more then pure fruit juice with little, if any alcohol in the drink. One member of our group order a white Russian and received something so awful that they had to send it back. The food was subpar and some members of our party couldn't even eat their food because of how poorly it was prepared. We brought this to server attention, the server was useless in this matter, but he did get the manager. who gave her apologies and gave us some game cards that barley equaled the cost the drinks and poor quality food. My girlfriend then tried one last attempt at getting a decent drink and order a rum and coke, what she received was something watered down and didn't resemble anything close to a rum and coke. it looked more like watered down sweet tea and tasted even worse, we sent this drink back as well and end our night feeling less buzzed then when we enter. our experience with Dave and busters was less satisfying. I for one will not be returning.

Read moreHits the middle. Good place for family fun every once in a while... The food/cuisine is average, the drinks are average, the entertainment is pretty good but I think it may be boring after novelty wore off. The place is multipurpose and does everything just average. I sure hope Splitz doesn't close just because of this place.
Went as a family on opening day. The entrance was a weird layout with a lot of greeters and I couldn't tell the purpose of all the people or where to direct my attention.
We were seated at a table in a kind of impressive family style sports bar area by a hostess and the first thing we noticed was the very limited menu. We ordered fruity drinks (with barely any alcohol) We ended up with a burger, buffalo wings and chicken tenders.
The food tasted ok. Nothing to complain or rave about. My son ate all his tenders, the burger was not juicy nor dry. The wings were not spicy or dull (slightly sweet). The drinks were sickly sweet and barely alcoholic. They wouldn't let us "supercharge the drinks with shots because "rules," but other drinks you can get shots in. You can't take drinks with you while you play like other D&B and that's super boring. I didn't like how many rules they had and didn't find this location enjoyable. I hope they reconsider some policies.
