Arby's — Restaurant in Gallatin

For me, normally, fast food is where you go to get something to choke down on the way to work that is filling, has some sort of nutritional content, and (hopefully) doesn't cause immediate death. This particular Arby's is a wonderful change from that. I've been to this particular Arby's at least 6 times. (Sleep deprivation from all the hours at the new job, can't math.) The food is great! The bread is always soft and fresh tasting, the meat is always the right temperature and texture, and the mozzarella sticks have been perfect everytime! Oh, and the employees are the best! Friendly, courteous, and fast. I've rolled through the drive-thru a couple of times after work ,blasting Tech N9ne, singing along and yelling "Riot Maker" and generally acting like a complete psycho, and they have been all smiles and service. Not once has my order been wrong or had anything missing. The sauces are always there in the proper quantity without having to explain it or beg (who can eat a large order of cheese sticks with only 1 marinara sauce?), and the right number of napkins. (What sorcery is this!?) My only complaint (that's a miracle by itself) is that I can't get Mt Dew from the chain anymore and that's not this restaurant's fault anyway. 5 stars and 2 thumbs waaay up! This location has consistently performed well in Customer Service, their Quality of food, the speed of their service, and their general efforts to foster a great meal experience for their customers. It is a tribute to the people they chose to employ, and to the managers who select those people, because we all know that it begins with hiring the right people to make it happen. Team work makes the dream WORK. They keep their dining room and their bathrooms clean, which is more than what most fast food restaurants bother to do, and they have been willing to make it right if it was made wrong. I leave a 4-star rating because it is generally the highest respective rating a fast food restaurant of this type is capable of attaining without encompassing the methods of Chick-Fil-A or Jimmy johns (fast food restaurants that go above and beyond to provide an ultimate experience). Because their food is specialized (their signature style of roast beef and other items), the rating must also reflect how their location measures against their own kind, other Arby's. In that case, they fall one step behind the best of their own brand in this area of Middle Tennessee, and that's pretty darn...

Grabbed a quick meal for my Son... It was late, I could tell the Gentlemen at the window was tired and ready fo get out of there. So when he asked..." How are you doing today Sir?" I made sure I responded like I knew the kid my whole life... "Man I'm good, How are you?" Young man said, " I'm tired! I've been here all day. I'm ready to go! Been on this window by myself since 4 o'clock." He said that with a smile. And as he was handing me my order and wishing me a good night with a smile, I wished him the same.. "Alright friend you have a good night as well! Thank you!"

I know it's simple, normal sounding. However, I see folks not say a word, or, keep it one sided and not ask the employee and return the gesture.
