TERRIBLE!! Completely rude and horrible service, nasty with flies and all around bad. I came to this mcdonalds for the little one, to grab a happy meal. She, like so many other children her age, has become quite obsessed with the beanie boo toys that come with the meal. This was the underlying reason that I came in the first place.. for the toy. So needless to say when I was told that they were all out of toys I quickly asked if I could cancel my order before they began to make it so that I could take the child to a different location where they would have the toy. The cashier called the manager over who then rudely began banging buttons on the register with clear irritation and refusing to address me as I continued to apologize and explain the situation. After that short and uncomfortable interaction she processed the refund and sent me on my way, only she miscalculated and only refunded half of the order. When I reached the other mcdonalds I noticed that just as I had suspected I was missing money, I called the location to inform them politely and I was told "well we don't give refunds to people who have already received their food." A little annoyed at the fact that the short tempered staff member didn't have the ability to listen long enough to understand the situation I answered shortly, "it's fine I'll be back in a second!" When I arrived, the large Hispanic female who had taken the order began speaking to the manager in Spanish "which I am fluent in" saying there's goes that girl (I am an adult) saying that I was annoying etc. and at this point I was absolutely fed up. She did not whisper at all. She spoke loudly and proudly about me as she giggled and laughed, and assumed that I wouldn't understand. Yesterday I decided to order a Mcmuffin no egg only Canadian bacon and cheese and cheese specifically asked the person please do not put egg on it and please do not let the egg touch the sandwich at all because I am highly allergic to egg. They said sure no problem when I bid into the egg mcmuffin no egg, II went into terrible allergic reaction projectile vomiting . I then called the people back and the manager they are answered answered and I told him that I had ordered the egg mcmuffin no egg and the egg touched it. I wanted to it to getan apology but instead I got a rude response saying, " what do you want me to do about it, just come and get your refund!" all I can do is just give you a money back what else you want from me When you are in the food industry you must be totally aware of allergies of people as well as people who are responsible to tell you of their allergies. This could be a lawsuit if if I really wanted to pursue this but it is important to let your employees know when a person's specifically says that they are allergic to something don't cut corners because this could literally be deadly for some people who are very allergic to certain items I will never ever go to this McDonald's again and I will not bring my family or anyone there because of the rudeness of these people. Read moreIt’s been multiple times that I will drive in through the drive thru and I wouldn’t be greeted at all. And when I do get greeted and I pay for my order they tell me to pull up. Which it’s fine I get it get your drive thru time in, but having to wait 20-35 minutes on a hotnspicy and fries just to have it wrong and with barely anything in there. When I’ve walked in and asked about my food they wouldn’t say anything or apologize just walk back there and get my food. I get it we all need money and unfortunately we have to work, but if you’re that upset about your job that you’re going to make people wait and ruin the experience for everyone get another job. I work hard for my money and I work too much to always cook so I like to get some FAST FOOD, but this place isn’t a fast food place, might as well just go in the store and order, maybe then they’ll get it right.
