Starbucks — Restaurant in Galveston

I went in on Sunday, 10/19/2025 around 9:30am. No coconut milk , no extra caramel drizzle in my macchiato that I paid for. I also have allergies to regular milk. Hence why I get coconut milk. It was a pick up mobile order. Didn't realize until after drinking some that it had no coconut milk. Got a horrible stomachache because of it. Thanks a lot! And your ignorant baristas don't even put extra drizzle. It lines the cup and goes on top. Must I go in and train the baristas myself since management doesn't know what they are doing either?! Place is a joke! Stealing money from people by charging for add ons and not delivering on that. I should go up there and demand a refund and a free coffee. Or maybe I'll report this store to Starbucks corporate office. Because this is not the first time this incompetence...

Went in yesterday to get my mom and I something to drink to wake our selves up. Never got her name but one of the employees was extremely understanding with me having a pretty significant stutter. She really made my day. After I had order she had said that I had done a good job and that was the first time I have ever actually felt confident in myself as doing things by myself can become challenging in communication with others. She had half blond half black hair and that’s all I really remember to be honest. After I had ordered I had gone to her and thanked her for making me feel so accepted. I will never forget her. And I hope that she sees this and knows how much she has helped me just by being patient and understanding. Should be a life lesson to those who try and rush people...
