Shirley's Garapan invites all who are interested with its great food, excellent customer service, and tranquil environment.

The comfortable seats along with the walk decor and TVs make for an enticing look. The employees are always there for you. They even have a button you can press to call them. Very cool. The food itself is great. Spaghetti is sweet and full of flavor. The chicken breast may be a little bit dry, but the taste itself is seasoned well and is overall magnificent. The fried rice that came with it is a big highlight. Cooked to a tee. I recommend it.

Look, what I'm trying to say is that Shirley's is fun and comfortable to be in. Along, with the food, absolutely enjoyable. I totally recommend this to anyone looking for a nice lunch and/or dinner, whether that be local residents...

Not a terrible spot but a few key points. The omlet was a good size, took up half of the plate. The stuffing of the omlet was almost overwhelming the amount of egg but if you prefer more stuffing, it is good (Shirley Special). They were very accommodating and substituted the ham and bacon for chicken. The chicken and mushroom omlet seemed to have the right amount of egg and stuffing. The hash brown was very disappointing. I wish I would have taken a picture of it, but it looked identical to a McDonald's 0.99 cent hash brown but cost 4.50. The coffee and tea were great and our server was kind, but they seemed to be a little short staffed since we didn't see much of him after the food delivery. Overall not a bad spot...

Food is good, but they have screwed up my order frequently. Most recently I ordered 2 cashew shrimp both with shrimp fried rice sides- one rice without ham. My wife doesn't eat red meat or poultry. Picked up the order and I was asked if it was the shrimp cashew... Yes. Got home, opened the boxes and found 2 orders of chicken cashew, one ham fried rice, and one shrimp fried rice no ham. So ..3/4 of my order was wrong. In addition I was charged for the shrimp cashew which was more expensive. This happens more often...
