I'm going to give Domino's 3 stars on my review not for the service or quality of food, but for the sake of one employee that they have that NEVER has been given a raise, has never been given a company vehicle to deliver pies in like other employees that he works with were allowed to. He gets calls at disrespectful hours of the night and day, on his days off and holidays. Nevertheless, he never refuses to come in and help this corporation make money. He has paid THOUSANDS of dollars out of pocket for his car payment simply because he put so many additional miles on it and the car dealership knew he was a delivery driver, but like he always does, he doesn't ask questions about it. He just wants to work. So not only does he work for Domino's Pizza, but he also has a full time day job as a courier for a graphics company. But, unlike his part time job at Domino's, he's provided with a delivery van to avoid wear and tear on his personal vehicle. He pays for two cell phones, one being a work phone so he can reach his customers while out for delivery in case something happens along the way. What I didn't mention is, he's been working for Domino's (and his other job) for almost 25 years. He has been employed there longer than any employee in his region. Probably in all of Orange County, and yet he barely makes minimum wage. He's also handicapped, being that he was born with autism and was non verbal. But after years of hard work he is "high functioning", verbal and holds two jobs. I wish his franchise was aware of his contributions to their brand. In fact, I wish the corporation was aware of his 2 ½ decades of loyalty and service. So if you ever order from the Tustin/Meats location on weekends, chances are that you met my uncle Lars...

My online order said My order was complete but i never received my 2 pizzas wings and soda, so i called their store and explained it too manager Aj , to which he replied they never had my apartment number so they didn't deliver and they claimed to have called me but never did. Ive had an account with this store for over 5 years and never had an issue because my address is stored, after explaining that too Aj he then responded by saying he was just gonna cancel my order and that the computer had a glitch and that he wasnt going send an order without an apt number, that is until i explained how long ive been ordering with this store. He then asked if i still wanted my food which he knew it was for my kids why would you ask such a question i wouldn't have ordered if i didn't want the pizza. My oder was supped to be by 939 the driver left the store at 917 and my ordered arrived at 1020 after i called and complained , and the manager aj decided to send the same pizza from the original order took at 0907pm .i can tell because the pizzas and wings box didnt have the sticker it usually comes with showing what time and my home address, and also both my pizzas were looking dark and dry when it should be extra cheese which should be shiny and white and cheesy not looking like its been sitting for over an hour. Im not going to eat these pizzas or wings for fear of food poisoning or tampering of my food by the manager aj. Im not going to call again to complain about the expired pizza with no signs of when it was made. i just lost 35 dollars my kids are sad but i will now stick with pizza hut after this horrible experience with aj and driver .Gwen hope they get reprimanded and this...
Read moreWe ordered online at 7:00pm. We finally got our pizza at 8:30.... The service was horrible. As I waited by the counter I heard at least half a dozen messed up orders. A father waited with his young family. After about an hour he approached the counter to see where his pizza was. He was told he had to wait another 45 minutes... Another guy saw no progress was being made on his pizza after he ordered it online. He tried calling in to see what was going on and was on hold for twenty minutes. After 90 minutes we finally got our large double pepperoni pizza. It's like there was no cheese or sauce whatsoever... Every pizza l watched come out of the oven had huge bubbles on them because they didn't put enough pizza sauce or cheese on them. The employees were bickering back and forth shouting at each other to answer the phone, make pizzas faster, and the manager even came through and told all the employees to tell everyone coming in that the average time for orders to be ready was TWO HOURS. Do yourself a huge favor and go somewhere else. This isn't anything like the Domino's you normally expect. It's the worst quality and you will spend almost two hours waiting...
