Jasmine is an excellent manager with the issues I had with my order.

UPDATE January 16, 2023: I initially left a 5 star review two years ago for Jasmine, the manager at the time. It's too bad because NOW it was David & I'd give NEGATIVE stars if I could!! I initially ordered an Oggis special pizza. Paid the ADDITIONAL $3.75 for PIZZA SAUCE to actually have a pizza made the RIGHT WAY, and to have it delivered. It arrived on time, after 40 minutes, but upon receiving the pizza, it was NOT what I ordered and was only a plain cheese pizza. Paying FORTY FIVE DOLLARS for a pizza, I EXPECT the correct order as well as customer service, which I received NEITHER! I called the restaurant & asked to speak to the manager, the man on the phone, said that was him. I asked him is name and instead of giving me his name right away, which would have been the proper thing to do, he proceeded with "what do you want?", "who is this?". At this point I'm already upset, as ANYONE would be having waited for an order to be incorrect. Instead of going back & forth with his lack of customer service on the phone, I then had to drive to the restaurant, COMPLETELY DEFEATING the purpose of having the pizza DELIVERED. Upon entering the restaurant, DAVID was standing at the front counter. I show my order confirmation & show him what I received instead. He stood there like a stone, expressed ZERO urgency to correct my order, actually continued to say "what do you want?" instead. PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE, ESPECIALLY FROM A MANAGER, would express sincerity for the inconvenience, refund the order, make it right, SOMETHING! This man did NOTHING. Not an apology for the inconvenience, nothing. I said to at least refund the delivery fees, which he would not do. Upon calling Slice, which is their delivery service, there was nothing they could do since the restaurant messed up & it's their money. So I then had to wait an additional 15-20 min in a loud restaurant, waiting for my correct order, wasted time & money by wanting delivery service, and did not even remotely receive any form of customer service. This establishment is a joke. I've had many issues with orders through the years, but at least received the proper customer service, that no longer is a thing either. Finally got my order and left. Not ONE employee treated me with respect with how the same thing would've happened to them. AND THAT EXTRA $3.75 too I paid for, to get actual sauce was non existent when I FINALLY received my order. THE WORST BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Oggi's Pizza and Brew, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and a cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home.

Let's start with the star of the show—the pizza. Oh boy, Oggi's truly knows how to make a fantastic pie! The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside and delightfully chewy on the inside, creating a harmonious texture that was simply mouthwatering. The selection of toppings was impressive, and I loved the generous portions. Whether you're a fan of classic margherita or adventurous combinations, Oggi's has something to satisfy every pizza lover's cravings.

But Oggi's is not just about pizza. The menu boasts a variety of options, ensuring there's something for everyone. The appetizers were incredibly flavorful, and the salads were fresh and vibrant. I particularly enjoyed their signature wings, which were cooked to perfection and paired with delicious sauces. And let's not forget the brews! Oggi's has an impressive selection of craft beers that perfectly complement their food offerings. The staff was knowledgeable and happy to recommend the perfect beer to accompany my meal.

Speaking of the staff, I cannot praise them enough. The service at Oggi's was attentive and friendly, with the staff going above and beyond to make sure my dining experience was enjoyable. They were always ready with a smile and eager to accommodate any special requests I had. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly made me feel like a valued guest.

The atmosphere at Oggi's is another highlight worth mentioning. It strikes the perfect balance between a lively sports bar and a comfortable family-friendly restaurant. Whether you're catching a game with friends or having a casual meal with your loved ones, you'll feel right at home. The space is tastefully decorated, and the seating is comfortable, making it a great place to relax and unwind.

Finally, I must commend Oggi's for their commitment to quality and consistency. Every visit I've had to Oggi's has been consistently excellent, with the food, service, and atmosphere exceeding my expectations time and time again. Upon reading the reviews, we thought let's not. However, we decided to give it a chance considering the place was right across from our hotel (Hyatt Regency). We were seated immediate.

Service: The staff were engaging and attentive. I got the impression they cross-cover one another to ensure seamless customer experience. Follow through on requests like "could you bring some extra jalapeños..." were tended to.

Entertainment: There were ample televisions throughout with a variety (of course sports). The music was 80's type like Phil Collins and other songs I knew and sung along with so I could make my daughter slightly cringe.

Food: In summary, yes it met the need. Menu is plentiful and well organized. Build your own pizza seems to be more costly rather than ordering one of their choice.

Lemon Pepper Zucchini Sticks: Light, zucchini needs a little more seasoning, lemon flavor is faint but when you get one with the lemon kick, it is really tasty. The ranch dressing is loose.

Short Rib Nachos: Half-size is enough for 3-4 people for an appetizers. Fresh jalapeños add the perfect kick. Definitely generous with avocados which we appreciate. Definitely would order again. Salsa adds a nice layer of flavor. Note: The sour cream is think in case that matters to you.

Kid's Popcorn Chicken w/Season Fries: Generous portion. Fries were perfectly crisp with great seasoning. I must admit I kept having the fries which my daughter did not appreciate after the 3rd time. The BBQ sauce was not her favorite.

Wimbledon Pizza: I ordered thin crust. They are VERY generous with the veggies. Slightly too generous. Over all the flavor was bland. I requested a side of pesto to add flavor. If I ordered again, I'd order pesto as the base or drizzled on top of the pizza. Also, sprinkle kosher/sea salt with cracked pepper, red peppers and fresh parmesan cheese. Maybe brush the crush with olive oil.

Oggi Special: I did not try this but head the taste was great.

Overall, great experience. Food is worthy of a second go at it. COVID precautions were obvious and comforting inside and outside.
