This location has stepped it up and is doing much better. Service is faster and more friendly. The sandwich making is back on track with other JM expenses and locations. Excited about this because this is our closest location and we love JM. Glad to experience the usually JM service, consistency and quality again. Updated to a 5 star review
Initial 2 star review in Aug 2020 ... This new Georgetown JM is not the typical experience. We have been in to this location numerous times .... several visits there is a very crabby and infriemdly team member. The sandwiches do not seem to have the same meat as other stores. I took a pic of my last sandwich to show... but didn’t get to posting ... somehow it is different even though made the same. Today when we went in we got a giant and asked for it to be cut in 1/2 because my 1/2 is very simple and the other 1/2 is loaded with toppings. The gal was going to and then another lady told her “no... you can’t do that” so she didn’t. If not cutting in half is for efficiency ... it took longer to make it ... in addition to be annoying you are going to cut it in half moments later but have to keep it together to carefully spread mayo on 1/2 of the uncut bread .... seems ridiculous to me ... plus not an great customer experience. Policy clearly trumps Customer experience. I believe there is an opportunity to do both... as any other JM (which we have gone to for years) has been amazing. Read moreI went in on Wednesday around 8 o’clock and their card machine wasn’t working. The manager jokingly said he broke it referring to the last customer who used the machine I tried to pay with card. I only have card. I don’t have cash multiple times to get the machine working. Total was only $11 and change. I had two subs buy one get one free after the card machine didn’t work a few times not my card machine. They sent another customer who ordered before me to get their cash so they could pay for their order I had the option to get cash too but I was able too because I was giving the card by a friend to pick up the food after trying to get the machine working and it didn’t work they Informed me that I can’t Take the subs i’m not asking for anything for free. I come here all the time. I just don’t see why they’d rather throw food in the trash and give it to a customer comes in all the time when their machine wasn’t working I went to get a card to contact the manager and The manager told me I’m the manager. I don’t even get free food and I work here. I am completely disgusted With the operations that occurred today, I may never come back to your establishment ever again please...
Read moreJust this week we had Jersey Mike’s cater about 120 sandwich options for our coaching staff and surrounding coaching staff from various high schools for the district wide track and field meet held at Eastview high school here in Georgetown Texas. The sandwiches were absolutely perfect very well-made and full of meat and cheese and the vegetables. The staff had everything planned on time for the pick up and the sandwiches were very well received by all of the coaches. Everything was great with them from beginning to end and the management staff. There was extremely helpful and great to help us with such a large event , I have been to this location in Georgetown many times and still have always received great service and a great sandwich.
