This was the WORST EXPERIENCE I've had with my children. The server HEATHER. Was very rude, dismissive, unwelcoming, and not cheerful in anyway. She gave my family and I side stares as we were ordering, she didn't explain the menu. The service altogether was just BAD ! Heather then went to tell her manager she overheard someone at my table say that they were going to slap her!? To remind you I am at this booth with my disabled 5 year old, my 10 year old, as well as my kids dad. The Manger came to the table and addressed that Heather think she had overheard someone say they was going to slap her. For me I felt this was so INAPPROPRIATE TO ADDRESS IN FRONT OF MY CHILDREN. The manager herself didn't see any wrong in her SERVER serving us the way she did. The Manger herself was also RUDE AND DISMISSIVE. We are a BLACK COUPLE WITH KIDS AND WE SHOULD OF BEEN TREATED AND GREETED AS EQUAL TO ALL OF THE OTHER CUSTOMERS THEY HAD IN THE RESTAURANT AT THAT TIME. FOR SOME REASON MY FAMILY AND I WAS SINGLED OUT. I MIGHT AS WELL ALSO BRING IT TO Y'ALLS ATTENTION THAT I AM ALSO 8 MONTHS PREGNANT AND I WATCH HEATHER LICK HER HAND AND COUGH ON MY LEMONS AND RANCH AS SHE WALKED UP THE RAMP TO BRING THEM BACK TO OUR TABLE/BOOTH. After this I did not even want to eat there or have her deliver our food. My kids dad said he was so hungry he wanted to stay. While visibly noticing that we were being treated differently BECAUSE THE COLOR OF OUR SKIN ! Oh, yeah the server HEATHER WAS BIRACIAL HERSELF AND THAT IS WHAT SHOCKED ME. You are BIRACIAL and this how you treat people of COLOR ? If you are a person of COLOR be mindful of which server you receive and of the Manger NOT WORKING IN YOUR FAVOR ALTHOUGH HER SERVER WAS IN...
Read moreIf I could give it a zero I would. I placed a curbside order because I had my baby in the car with me and wanted something easy to take home for my husband and I to split when he got off work. The order was placed at 1:45, told to be there by 2:05 to pick it up. Got there exactly at 2:05 and checked in online. There was no one else waiting on curbside and at 2:00 in the afternoon, the place was not busy. 2:15 an employee walks out to come off shift. 2:20 another walks by to leave. We call. The girl answers and I kindly say that we’re checked in and wanted to make sure we did it right and let them know that we were there. She tells me she knows and that she’s currently serving a table but once she’s done serving them, she’ll go get our order MADE and bring it to us. First, why did they say we needed to come pick it up at 2:05 if it hadn’t been made yet. Second, why is she answering the phone if she’s also apparently busy serving another table, and third, if she’s busy serving another table why aren’t any of the other employees running curbside orders. We got there on time and ended up waiting until 2:45 for her to finally bring our food out. That’s an hour after the order was placed. That defeated the entire purpose of curbside. The food was also cold, and we ordered extra mexi ranch for all of the entrees and didn’t get a single extra even though we paid the up charge for it on each one and waited an hour from when the food was ordered. Service was terrible, food was cold, order was wrong with items that we were charged for left off, and threw off our day because what I thought would be a quick pick up took forever while my baby and I sat in the car. Would...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at the Commerce, GA Applebees, and I must say that the experience was truly elevated by our server, Kaylee. From the moment we were seated, Kaylee’s warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for N exceptional evening.
Her attentiveness was evident throughout our meal. Kaylee anticipated our needs perfectly, ensuring our glasses were bever empty and checking in at just the right moments without being intrusive. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive; she guided us through the options with enthusiasm and helped us make exquisite choices that suited our tastes perfectly.
Kaylee’s recommendations were spot on. We especially appreciated her suggestion of the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp. It turned out to be a highlight of our dining experience. Her attention to detail extended beyond the food to our overall comfort, as she was mindful of any dietary restrictions and preferences we mentioned.
The level of professionalism and warmth Kaylee exhibited is rare and commendable. She managed to strike a perfect balance between friend and professional, making us feel like valued guests throughout our visit. Her positive energy and dedication to providing and outstanding experience did not go unnoticed.
In a world where exceptional service can be hard to come by, Kaylee stands out as a true gem. We left not only satisfied with the delicious food but also with a memorable experience largely attributed to Kaylee’s outstanding service. We will certainly be returning, and we look forward to being served by her, again. Kudos to Kaylee for making our...
