Today 07/15/21 I don't know how a place like this can get any worse than it used to be ?! Today I ordered a sunrise batch iced coffee with cream and sugar, they gave me a hit black coffee, I also ordered a everything bagel toasted with cream cheese, I got a regular u toasted cream cheese bagel,so I complained,so they gave me a everything bagel that was burned Black! The manager gave me my money back after giving me uncounted excuses why that happened! I'm really disappointed from Dunkin donuts for hiring people that don't care about they're customers! Update This used to be a good place to go and have a cup of coffee! But they replaced the crew with what it looks like college kids , and now everything is going down the hill! Tried to get a coffee this morning at 9.20am and the store is closed I just can't believe that. I removed one star! I really can't understand how you can run a business like that. Customer service is the lowest I ever experienced. The people that work here should be working somewhere where they don't have to communicate with public.
This place is not a place to chill out! I'm sitting outside on a table,the employee is swinging the broom all around me for 5min now, the music is so loud that you can't make a phone call! Read moreFirst of all, the Dunkin app is very confusing: I tried to change my mobile order by “updating order “, and I suspected that it led me to placing a new order. If you ever used the app you’ll know what I was talking about. They charge everything when you place the order and to “update your order “ is actually starting a new one. I use chick Fil A app a lot and they wouldn’t charge me until I confirmed my order at the drive through and got everything confirmed, and they’re willing to add or remove things from my order if I would like to change my order.
When I got to the drive through, I told the lady that I may have ordered the same thing twice, gave her details about what happened, what I wanted to order, and asked her if she could correct my order for me, all she said was “just come around “, and I asked her if it could be corrected, and she said “just come around “, so I asked her again if everything is straightened out, and she said “just come around “. I didn’t want to hold up the line so I came around to the pick up window, and the other employee gave me the WRONG order. I tried to explain what had happened and see if it could be corrected and I was simply brushed off by being told I had already paid for the order.
I understand the employee at the window didn’t know much besides what he saw on the screen, but the lady taking the order is just something else. Read moreI love this Dunkin'! The staff is always so friendly and happy to be there which is refreshing compared to some other locations I have been to.
I do not have a complicated order but I get it wrong a lot. I get a Coconut Refresher with no ice. I cannot do ice because my teeth are sensitive and I get brain freezes really easily which can also give me a migraine. I also cannot drink tea but it will also give me a migraine. I know, crazy. Trust me, I've seen many doctors on my migraines. It's a big problem and ridiculous.
Anyways, I cannot do the tea refresher. I have to either have coconut milk or the lemonade one but there are so many times at other Dunkin' locations where I always have to bring it back because I got tea instead of coconut.
I always emphasize coconut when I order as well. Anyways, this location has yet to disappoint me. I also get exactly what I order and with a smile too.
This Dunkin' location drive thru line can get crazy busy but honestly, I think the line moves pretty well.
Although, when I did order a refresher for my husband I asked for less ice and it was most definitely not less ice but I feel like that specifically can be different from person to person which is why I ask...
