Dear Owner, Thanks for responding to my posting after 3 weeks and trying to cover the mistakes

Your kitchen may be good in sparring veg and nonveg, but you served the wrong item instead of the planner, you served chicken, and you played with customs and sentiments. Top of that you are tellimg me that i lied. Whixh is not fair .. now I will leave it to your Vignatha (wisdom) and will not respond anymore.

Hope you will correct and serve what has been asked and don't mess up with customers' sentiments.

This restaurant is an absolute disaster and should be avoided at all costs! They claim to use separate vessels for vegetarian and non-vegetarian food, but that’s a blatant lie. We clearly told them we are strict vegetarians, and yet they served us chicken instead of paneer. The lack of care and respect for our dietary restrictions is shocking. If they can’t get such a basic thing right, what else are they being careless about? The service was horrendous, and the staff couldn’t have cared less about their mistake. The entire experience—from the food to the hygiene—was appalling. This place shouldn’t be allowed to operate. Never coming back, and I would give zero stars...

Date - Aug 11th 2024 Genuine Review 😊 This was our first visit to this cafe with my family. Overall, the experience was quite good 😊👇Price’s are Very reasonable compare to other restaurants & Quantity also decent. Service: The service was excellent. Ambiance: The ambiance was pleasant. Positives food review @The Irani Chai and Malai Kofta were very good.

1. Chicken Fry Piece Biryani: The taste was good, but the biryani rice lacked flavor and seemed like just colored rice. Additionally, it was served cold. It would be better if it were served hot. 2)Garlic Naan: garlic naan was disappointing. It was too thick, hard, and not hot. 3 )Guntur Chicken: The flavor of the Guntur Chicken was good, but the dish was overwhelmed by the mustard seeds in the gravy, which masked the chicken's flavor.

Pros Good ambience to have Indian food. Neat and clean Good amount of parking and is near to lot of other shops. Food prep time is reasonable. Outside tables and chairs are there for those who want to enjoy outdoors.

Cons Price is a little high compared to the quantity. We ordered goat curry, shrimp masala and chicken curry. The gravy was thick and tasty but the meat pieces are less. There is no waitress to take orders. We have to order at counter and pay. They call our name once the food is ready.We have to serve ourself and dispose remains. similar to Macdonalds. Hence tip is optional. The menu card has low price but the board above counter has high price for same item. when asked they told they are in progress to make all sync. The menu has lot of items than on the boards at counters...
