Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Georgia

I went in to buy a sandwich a few weeks ago! I had 4 coupons, that a manager gave me from another location.. never actually had there sandwiches before,tasted my daughter sandwich and loved how it tasted. Reminds me of Brooklyn! Went in order my sandwich told the young guy behind the counter.I had a coupon on my phone was that ok? Instantly the attitude started, well how do we know you’re not going to use the coupon again, so I said to him..sweetie I can delete them right in front of you after I use them. (Come to find out you could only use the coupon once and it will show you it was used already) He shrugged me off. The lady that was at the register said to me, sweetie I’ll ring you up, it’s no problem she rang my sandwiches up and I gave her a tip. The young guy and the older white manager are very very racist! He didn’t treat the other white customers like that. Or the other white police officers like how he shrugged me off and treated me. I spent my money might not have paid full price for the sandwiches but I paid for my combo and tipped like a decent person. To be treated like that I won’t go back to that location again. Bad service! Food even worse!! I went to this location after craving Jersey Mike's for a long while! This is the very first time visiting this particular location because I was in the area. I came in, no greeting. The girl adjusted her mask after rubbing her nose with gloves on and was ready to make my sandwich! I had to ask for the gloves to be changed!! The guy that took the order, finally, skimped on ALL if my ingredients and the other half were missing altogether! The guy fixed my sandwich the way he wanted it to be, although I told him what I wanted on it. He went to wrap it up before asking if I wanted mustard or mayo or any other condiments! I'll never go back to this location again! Again, I was there only because I was in the area. I will continue to go to the Austell location, Atlanta Rd, or even the Hiram one, which is my 3rd favorite of the three. I’ve never had a bad sandwich from jersey mikes until today. I always go to this location and order the same thing, maybe it was because I used door dash idk. The same big kahuna no mushrooms on wheat jalapeños. Reg and club sub on wheat jalapeños and spicy mustard.

Well every time I pick it up it’s made perfect. The first time I order through door dash it’s horrible. The big kahuna meat was almost burnt and couldn’t taste the jalapeños. Most of all had mushrooms.

The club sub was extremely dry with white bread I took the bread of and attempted to eat with out bread and I quit.

I understand I have to order in the store from now on to get my order done right, however if your affiliate yourself with a delivery service you are responsible from beginning to the end.

I did not enjoy this $24 meal at all it was a lot of work and a lot of disappointment. Not what I am use to from jersey mikes. I eat a lot of your sandwiches, I would hate to find another...
