🌟 BEST. WHATABURGER. EXPERIENCE. EVER. 🌟
I just had the most amazing customer service experience at Whataburger, and I HAD to share it. I went in with my mom and little sister, and from the moment we walked in, we could immediately tell this was going to be different in the best possible way.
The restaurant was so clean and welcoming, and right at the front, we were greeted by Kyun, the sweetest and most professional cashier we’ve ever met. Kyun didn’t just take our order, he gave us the VIP treatment! He told us all about the cups, let us grab as many as we needed, and even gave us a pro-tip: buying them for just $0.50 is a better deal when you're substituting with the meal. (Love a good hack! 🙌)
He also let us know that Christmas-themed cups are coming soon which got us even more excited! 🎄 Talk about being thoughtful and engaging! He was so patient with us and made sure everything we ordered was spot-on.
And the service didn’t stop there, he asked if we needed sauce and napkins, AND even gave us a bag just for our cups. Literally every detail was handled with care.
Then get this we got our hot, fresh food in less than FIVE minutes! 🔥 Like, are you serious?! That’s unheard of these days. And to top it all off, every single employee we interacted with was friendly, respectful, and just created this peaceful, positive atmosphere that made our day.
Honestly, this was hands-down the BEST customer service I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant, and probably anywhere. I’m still blown away.
We live near another Whataburger that’s the complete opposite: long waits, not so great service and this experience was just a night and day difference. I’m so grateful we decided to stop in, because it truly made our day. 🙏💛

Read moreI decided to stop here this morning for breakfast. I went to order on the app before I left for work but it said the food would be ready in 3-6 minutes. If you’ve been to fast food locations, if you order ahead of time they typically make it and let it sit, getting cold. So I waited until I was on the exit ramp before placing my order. My app told me “thanks!”, gave me an order number and receipt, and said my food would be ready in 3-6 minutes. I place the order at 6:30AM. At 6:34AM I pull up, nobody else there. They usher me through the drive through and I pull up to the window. Here’s where the problems start. He says “I don’t have an order for you.” What? I just placed it. I show him my phone screen and he says “okay, but it has to come through our system. I can’t fulfill until it shows up on our screen.” Okay….so I pull around the front to wait. He had mentioned it takes a couple minutes to come through. Well…imagine my surprise when the clock hits 6:45 and I’m still sitting there. I can see the employees inside on their phones and people walking back and forth with no update on my order.
At this point I’m late for work but it’s a sunken time fallacy so I decide to wait a little longer. I finally call the restaurant and say “what is going on? It should not take this long.” The lady assured me the order just came through and it’ll be out soon. Well another 5 minutes passes by and then FINALLY they appear with my food. The guy only offers a “sorry” and gives me the food. It is now 6:58AM and I am effectively very late for work. I make it to work and take out my sandwich to eat. Read moreI was super excited to try the new whattaburger in my area as there was never one where I live. I ordered at 3:05pm I ordered a double meat with cheese and a bacon and cheese burger with avocado and never got my order after waiting about 45 minutes. Myself and 4 other patrons were still waiting on our orders, I asked three separate times about my order with no real answers. After 45 minutes I asked for a full refund only to find out that my order number #49 never even went through, it apparently was under a different number. They offered to remake my order for me, but I did not want to risk waiting another 45 minutes for them to remake it. The manager profusely apologized and informed me that about 7 people had called out that morning, but I feel like that was more of an excuse than anything else. I have had this food before and know that it is very tasty, but I was not at all pleased with the customer service I received today. I even saw one worker order food for herself and wonder why it took 4 people for her to order and argue about her order. Now I understand why you have armed security standing outside in the drive through. I don’t know if it is for customers getting upset or for employees running outside to chain smoke by the dumpster. Either way I will not be returning to this location until you hire more employees and better training. The only individual there that was sincere and honest was the manager the rest of the employees that I could see in the back had no idea what they were doing and or looked like they cared.
