Called in to see if they would deliver to my place of work. I called and they said yes we will deliver to your location after providing my address. I said awesome and placed my order to be delivered and paid over the phone. I then receive a call saying they do not deliver this far out anymore. I was confused because someone just told me they did. I said well I guess I will come pick it up. I get there and they say it is $8 and some change. I said no, I already paid for this order. They voided my previous payment and I paid again at the register. I get it mistakes happen. My problem with the experience was there was no empathy at my inconvenience. Jimmy Johns has mediocre subs but I pay for the convenience not so much the taste or quality. Not a single person apologized for any inconvenience. Stopped by this afternoon to order 2 sandwiches to take home. Once arrived home discovered both were wrong. Called to complain and asked what could be done. I simply asked if it was possible for them to delivery the correct sandwiches. The "manager" informed me that I was ridiculous for asking and it was my fault I didn't unwrapped and check my sandwiches in the store. Not once did she apologize or even recognize the inconvenience of having to drive back because they had made the mistake. One of the rudest employees or managers I have ever spoken to. This location hasn't always been the fastest to deliver but after waiting 40+ minutes from the start of the delivery (and an hour from placing the order), I had to give up. Called to cancel and were told this is the new normal and you need to place orders even further in advance. I get it, being understaffed sucks. But if you're ordering here for "freaky fast" delivery, don't count on it.

Edit: Apparently when they "cancelled" the order, they didn't bother telling their driver who arrived nearly 3 hours after placing the order.
