TLDR: I wanted to try raising canes for the first time as I’ve heard a lot about it in the past years. To be completely frank the food is just okay. I would say do yourself a favor and just go to Zaxby. The best thing was probably the raising canes sauce but it’s similar to Zax sauce so you’re not missing out on much. 2 stars for the food and I added an extra star because of the good customer service. (Lines moved fast & employees were helpful) Fries: The fries are pretty bland with no seasoning barely even any salt but the raising canes sauce saved them. Chicken tenders: The tenders are kind of more batter than chicken and while the batter is nice and crispy the batter was not seasoned so the tenders were overall bland. Toast: The toast… well it’s just plain old toast kinda hard to mess that up. Although I will say it is a little salty. And comparing it to Zaxbys toast it is about 1/2 the size of the bread. All in all, I would say it is a 2/5 on food because it is edible. I added an extra star ⭐️ because the workers were kind and moved the line along quickly. In the future, I would just go to Zaxbys instead though. Glad I at least tried it once though.

Our first impression of the location was that it was loud. The parking lot was filled with some Fast and Furious wannabes who sat in the parking lot and revved their engines all at once. It was about 10 cars, minimum. We couldn't place our order because if the noise. We had to wait until they paraded out giving their cars as much gas as they could. The ordering process was smooth. The menu is not expansive from what I could see. The food looked really appetizing. The visuals were on point but I fould it did not add up in seasoning. My son was impressed and he kept comparing it to Guthries. He like it better than Guthries. I did not. It's not horrible, but it's not somewhere that I have to return to. The cole slaw tastes like nothing. The tenders needed seasoning. The fries were okay. Probably the best thing on the plate. The bread looked good but it didn't have a distinct taste. I like the texture. The drink was fresh. The honey mustard was too sweet. The Cane sauce is a no for me, but better than Zax sauce, which I despise. It's worth a try. I'm not against, but I'm not a raving fan either. I'm also not against trying another location.

I’ve been seeing a lot of these restaurants popping up in the Atlanta metro area so I figured I’d stop by and try it. I was really hoping the food would be something like Guthries. It’s not. We pulled in the drive through at 8:57 PM and pulled out at 9:24 PM. They don’t make anything but chicken fingers and fries. That was a long time to wait for some unseasoned chicken fingers and salt-less fries. You get 1 little sauce for 2 chicken fingers…you get the same 1 little sauce if you get the box with 4 chicken fingers. What kind of math is that? Anyway, I asked for an additional sauce since I knew that wouldn’t be enough. I was told the cost was 41 cents. What a random number and also, because it’s 2024, I did not have 41 cents on me. I should’ve been asked if I needed extra sauce early on so they could tack that on my total especially since my debit card was swiped at the 1st window and the little buddy at the 2nd window didn’t have the card reader. Ultimately, the chicken was decent enough for me to eat it so I wouldn’t starve but next time, I’ll go to the Chick-fil-A 2 minutes up the road unless it’s a Sunday.

This review is mainly about an employee. I didn't even get to try the food which I'm sure is delicious. So I was greeted and my order was taken in the open second line. My name was taken for the order, the price was given, and I was told to pull around. I'm sitting there waiting, and the girl in the drive thru window just yelled "Ma'am! You have to drive around!" I was confused and questioned it. She repeated herself. Still confused, I inquired as to why my order was taken, then. In a snarky tone, she shrugged and said, "You just have to pull around." I said, "To where?? To the drive thru, again? To the front to wait for my order?? To give payment? What?? You're not giving me any information." I was VERY nice btw and she never said anything else. Just "sorry" and shrugged at me, annoyed like I was the problem. I work in the restaurant industry. I get it. Things are stressful. But don't have another lane open, TAKE SOMEONE'S ORDER, and then tell them in a cryptic way, that they have to go through the drive through again to re order the food they are already making for you.

So whomever the brunette girl was in the second window around 5:00 on Dec. 30, 2024, do better. And whomever is managing, just close down that window and don't take people's orders if you don't intend to fulfill them. And maybe talk with said girl to let her know how that situation could have been handled better.

I realize it's just fast food and she could have been having a bad day, but I let it get to me because I was REALLY looking forward to it. I'm hangry, and I left hangry because I wasn't waiting in that long line again and the whole thing just...

Terrible Experience, Slow Service & No Apologies I came in during lunchtime, and the lines were already piling up, but what really stood out was the lack of urgency or communication from the staff. I noticed there was no one in the second lane, yet there were workers just chatting and taking their time. One employee was walking slowly to the drive-thru, while the other was dealing with issues with the tablets. All the while, the line continued to grow.

There was no acknowledgment of the wait or the situation from the employees, and it wasn’t until someone in front of me got so frustrated that their order was finally taken through the screen. The workers returned, but it turned out the card machine wasn’t working. At that point, after waiting for 15 minutes, I was told to go to the window, but still, no apologies or explanation.

When I got to the window, there was a group of 10 workers just staring at me with no sense of urgency at all. Not a single apology for the wait or the lack of service. It was clear no one was trying to get us out of the line in a timely manner. The cherry on top was that my food container wasn’t properly closed, and food was falling out.

To make matters worse, there were at least 10 employees standing at the back door smoking and talking, with smoke drifting over to the drive-thru lines. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful to customers.

I know exactly why I keep choosing places like Chick-fil-A – at least they’re consistent and courteous. This experience made me question why I’d...
