This is THE location to go to if you want to be ignored. The counter was so piled full of crap, where one lady was stocking the fridge display, there wasn't room for the other lady to ring me up. All three ladies made no comment or greeting, never spoke to another customer in the time I was there. No thank you, have a nice evening. I obviously interrupted them.
Vastly different from the Starbucks at 316 & 120.staff there is amazing, even when the place is packed out. One guy always hands me my order, thanks me and asks me to let him know if it's not perfect. That's service I'll gladly drive across town for.
The Starbucks in Buford near MOG, always wonderful. 5 AM, 5 PM, 10 PM - Always great SERVICE. That is why I spend $250+/month there.
I won't be back to the Scenic Hwy. location, even if they gave me 25 times the normal bonus stars. I'm a bother to them and apparently so was every other customer in the store and the few in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is my Starbucks. Iāve been coming here for about seven years now granite Times thereās misunderstandings, but that happens everywhere. This is the only Starbucks. that can ever get my drink made right. And Iām here twice a day every day, and I consider these Baristas friends. no matter how bad of a morning or how bad of a day that I have. I know I can come here get my coffee, made right and feel among friends. no barrister is perfect but they work hard and what a lot of people donāt take in consideration is most of them are working and going to school and not all of them are living at home with parents. Theyāre out here busting their butts. To make a living so take in consideration everybody has bad days and everybody makes mistakes. again, Iāve been to a lot of Starbucks.ALOT And this one by far is where I feel the most comfortable my drink is always right, and they always welcome you...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to starbucks today and I had the most amazing experience with the barista, Sarah. She was patient with me while I tried to open my Starbucks app and while I communicated with my toddler in ASL to decide if she wanted a cheese stick or fruit pouch from the snack bar. Sarah was so kind and friendly. The restaurant was clean. I realized I forgot to order my daughter her ice water. My 2 year old walked up to the counter and Sarah asked her what she wanted in ASL! My daughter signed that she wanted water and Sarah said okay in ASL and gave her a water! They exchanged a thank you and you're welcome also in ASL. I never assume that when we go out people will communicate with my daughter. It was so so special that Sarah was so inclusive to my daughter with special needs. I will continue to go here in hopes to have more of these interactions. Also I had the best mocha cookie Frappuccino!...
