This review is a good 5 months in the making of how downhill this Starbucks has gone. I used to go to this Starbucks almost everyday for months. I took a little hiatus but came back on Mother’s Day which in hindsight was not the best day to come but I wanted to treat myself. I ordered a shaken iced espresso and what I received was basically shaken milk. There was absolutely no espresso in it considering the color was white. Decided to go again a month later and received horrible tasting drinks, this time I went back in to get them fixed and the person at the front had an attitude and swore they made it right. Someone else remade it and while it still tasted off, it was much better than the first try. For the time being I just decided to go to Dunkin for my coffee fix because it was clear the customer service and drinks were lacking. I went back last week because I really wanted a plain iced coffee and decided to go through drive thru. It wasn’t busy and the line looked decent enough but it took almost 30 minutes waiting in drive thru to get my small iced coffee. Went back today and I think I reached my limit. Ordered 3 drinks and 2 out of the 3 were ready and it was taking a while for the 3rd drink to come out, went to ask someone near the espresso drinks and was told rudely “it’ll be ready when it’s ready.” I’m not sure if there’s been a change in management but i can’t with this Starbucks...
Read moreThe cashier that was taking my order today was incredibly rude. There was no line and they were not busy so he seemed just bothered to have to take my order. I ordered one drink and he proceeded to tell me my total without asking if I wanted anything else. I needed to order another drink for my fiancé so I proceeded to ask for it, and he then cut me off mid-order and rudely told me to “HOLD ON” and just stared at me after he finished typing my first drink in instead of asking what I wanted to order. Also when I went to scan my app he snapped at me “You can’t scan that here.” I understand this might just be because it’s a Target Starbucks you cannot scan the app, but no need to be rude. I work in service industry too, and I get we all have bad days, but taking it out on a customer is unprofessional. The sweet female employee who made my drinks did a wonderful job and was super quick and friendly, and my drinks tasted great. Only reason for adding an extra star was for her. Read moreOur family loves Starbucks. We were so excited a couple of years ago when they opened one up less than a mile from our home. We are usually never the ones to complain and and always try to leave great reviews that's why in 2 years I have never left a review for this Starbucks. Each and every time we come here we find that they are always out of multiple items or ingredients that keep them from being able to accommodate our order. The staff is very friendly but full of the same excuses for there issues. If it is indeed the same reasons for their lack of ability to fulfill their customers orders then maybe the person in charge of inventory should take a good look at their job performance and make some adjustments.
