The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Georgia

Let me just start off by saying the cashier yesterday morning was incredibly rude and inattentive. She was more worried about running to the back to talk to the others that worked there. Then there was, I'm guessing they were an employee, running from the back to another door on the other side and back. I told the cashier I wanted to order 4 sandwiches but she only rang up 1 and when I realized it I had to wait for her to come back to the front. After I ordered a second time another woman came in and was in the process of ordering. Mid order the girl just walks off and goes to get someone from the back claiming the pos system messed up. She should've said that before she just walked off on the other customer. Needless to say I won't be back which is a bummer because I always order a whole ham from this location because they're usually better than the...

Stopped in for the first time on 1/18/22. Ordered the chicken salad sandwich on croissant. The chicken salad was good but the croissant was too large for that small dab of chicken salad and no mayo on the bread which said it included it. Additionally, I ordered a pound of sliced ham and a pound of roasted turkey. I looked at the packaging on yesterday when I decided to eat some and realized it says use by this weekend. Are you kidding me for $15.00 a pound?! If I had known I had less than a week to eat it I never would have spent that much money on meat that I couldn’t possibly eat in a week or less than. That’s ridiculous! I attempted to email through the website but it isn’t working. The least you guys could do is warn people of the short span to use the product prior to purchasing. I am not sure why my sandwich experience was not like the one I had at location in Sandy Springs. I ordered tavern club. Presentation was not there, portion of bacon, ham or turkey. I am not sure is that due to having a survey bogo coupon or just this location/Franchise. To top it all off I was given Chef Tasty's....I think that was the name condiments. That would be like going to Boar's Head and getting their meat with lesser grocery store cheese. I tried to wait till I arrive home to at least use Miracle Whip but my stomach wouldn't allow and needed a bite. Well, to say it did not taste the same would be an understatement smdh. Soooooo disappointed as my craving was not satisfied! Sometimes you just have to travel wayyyyyy out...
