Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Gilroy

Lets update my upsetness i have with chil fil a. I personally dont care for this food. Just let me say their chicken nuggets are sad and small. Tonight went to get my friend food and the person taking orders outside took down the last 3 digits of my license plate. How much tracking is necessary? U have my name and description of my vehicle now u take parts of license plates. In n out burger in gilroy also does this. This is the straw that broke this camels back. No more for me. Not sure why people aren’t complaining so ill be the first. Its at least 105 degrees n Gilroy and this chick fila has there employees standing outside in the blazing heat. If an employee has a heat stroke insurance goes up and we the customer pay for it with an increase of goods. This is abusive behavior to not have their employees treated appropriately. I eat at chick fil all the time. I have celiac and chick fil a is always one of the places I can get allergy safe food. The gal who took my order, I told I have a gluten allergy and asked if they could flag the order (like they always do). I noticed the receipt did not say allergy so I went back up to her and said I just want to make sure they knew it’s an allergy order. I get the order and they gave me the breaded nuggets (which are not gluten free). I went back in and tried to explain to a girl who didn’t understand allergies that I need the grilled nuggets (that I ordered) and a glove change. They’re ended up giving me 8 nuggets instead of 12 and omitted my fries, and I wasn’t going to go in again to tell them. I’ve never had a problem with a chick fil a, so this was pretty disappointing. My family and I came from Morgan Hill to visit the Gilroy location. When we arrived there was a Massive Lunch line. So I decided to do a mobile order for drive through. There was plenty of staff taking orders with Field trainers making sure accuracy and efficiency was achieved. We got through the line very quickly considering how busy it was. There were some very small items that were left out of the order but I was able to have Nick, one of the field trainers, to grab them for me.
