Overpriced, average at best pizza. The service is below par. Be prepared to stand and wait for a while before anyone comes to take your order.
The pizza is pretty lack luster and dry. My first time I got the cowboy pizza. Nothing like the pictures, but it was okay.
My biggest gripe is the inconsistent "deal" handling's. They have a plethora of "deals" but aren't open about how the deals work from text, online, and in person deals. After my first visit I received a text offer for a free 10". No where does it state a minimum purchase amount, but as soon as I input the it into the websites check out it stated that the minimum purchase amount to fulfill the order was 26.98. The 10' is a $11/12pizza...so essentially you need to spend over $15 to get an $11 credit that doesn't even cover the full pizza. I spoke to the manager and he said he had no control over deals online, but had seen people get the free pizza to work and they were only charged a .99 cent service fee. He kindly provided a contact to speak to. The contact was less than helpful and seemed as though I was wasting his time. I would've been completely fine if the coupon was clear that you have to spend a minimum amount to get the free pizza...
Read moreSaw this sign in front of their new location on California street in Glendale. So drive around and finally find parking, put money in the meter and walk in there.
The sign says 50% off limited to 3 pizzas per customer. I order a large pizza and the cashier says $19.57 or something like that. I tell him I want the special on the sign and he says you have to order two to get the deal.
So I apologize and walk out because I don't want two pizzas. My wife looks at the sign again and nowhere does it say that you have to buy 2 in order to get the deal.
I decide to give them another chance since I already put money in the parking meter and we really wanted to try this place.
I explain the sign to the cashier thinking he'll go ask the manager. Instead he just shrugs his shoulder.
This is horrible business practice. These bait and switch activities are bad for business and bad for Glendale as a city.
I'm really disappointed that they try to trick people instead of just being honest and putting the correct disclosures on...
Read morePretty bummed. Chose here based on reviews and good looking review photos of the pizzas. Got here a bit before 9 (they close at 10). Place had 2 customers waiting 1 with their order 1 waiting (dining in). I was ordering for dine in and the employee said, "no, we're closing at 9:30, so you cannot dine in". He also said pizza would be ready in 10-15 mins.. ok, plenty of time, but alright. Ordered the pizza, took it back to the hotel. Even after going over the pizza 3x with the employee, 1/2 was correct and the other half was completely wrong and it all tasted terrible... and, no he didn't open the box like most pizza joints I've been to to show how it looked when it was done. Should have checked.. Needless to say, VERY...
