Horrible! The line was long so I was going to go somewhere else, but then it started moving. Slowly, but enough. Then second in line after already waiting aprox 40 mins, they start doing a large order. There was only 2 people working so I gave them grace. It was, I want to say, close to an hour I had waited in line to order. I asked for a sub in a tub chopped. I said chopped 3 times and the girl stared at me like she didn't know what that meant or she just didn't want to do it. I just said forget it and left it as it. She never smiled the whole time I was there. Then when she rung me up she asked if I wanted to donate to make it an even total. I said not today. I didnt notice until I left, she did it anyway. A very busy location given proximity to the Arizona Cardinals Stadium and Westgate Entertainment District. It is worth navigating the area to eat here. Always greeted with a smile an actual genuine smile. Management always seems to be present and engaging customers while employees follow suit with the same enthusiasm. I’m pretty simple with my orders and my go to is the Original Italian Mikes Way. Big fan of the bread being consistent as far as freshness. When ordering from here through mobile app is what I did and arrived at approximate pick up time but the order wasn’t quite ready. Love their sandwich(es). I've only ever ordered one (the #7, Mike's way without onions and salt on Asiago bread), and it's ALWAYS refreshing. I do have a couple of dings... 1) There is some inconsistently with orders. I always use the app, where you can reorder your previous order, and there will still be issues. This is mostly to do with a new face every other time I walk in there. It is hard to train employees when turnover is high. 2) I rarely ever order in store. If there is even the smallest line, you won't reach the cashier until 15+ minutes later. 3) It is loud in there. I wouldn't dine in mainly because the music volume is too loud. Fortunately, this doesn't affect the taste and their App makes ordering...
