Let me start by saying we ate at the Phoenix location and absolutely loved everything about our lunch. From the lady who took our order to the food... everything was 5 stars. Today we were looking forward to eating there again except today was the Westgate location. I was disappointed 10 secs in when the lady told us to order from the kiosk... i personally like when there is someone to take the order because I wanted no jalapeños and extra mangoes. I finally figured out how to delete an ingredient after having to start over twice. I never did find where to get extra anything except protein. After finally getting through the order and paying, we realized we didn't order drinks... lived close so we decided to simply take it home. Got home and there was no seaweed salad on my bowl. Unfortunate. I was excited for the company's growth to the west side, I'm a frequent customer and bring my staff good food from here. Sadly the new location here has an employee-less system in place for ordering, and the gal here was clearly unhappy to be working. Wouldn't even say hello.. literally stood there and pointed to the screen and kept asking if it was my first time here. I finally got the picture and did as I was 'told'. Had I not had an order to place for others, I would have turned around and patronized one of the several other great spots in the same complex. Attitude is everything! Ruined the vibe for next time, I'll have to second guess the choice to come here. On a positive note, looks like their loyalty system is finally working again. Doesn't account for the last $200 I've spent here on my team's lunches.. but at least it works now. Note, i was the only customer there at 2pm and staff was not prepping...

Finally a Pokitrition on the west valley. This location is in the heart of the Westgate area. The shop is extremely clean and organized. There are 3 self serve kiosks to place your order, if you have questions a employee is standing close to assist in completing the process. If you are craving sushi but are in a hurry the sushi burritos are portable and wrapped in the iconic nori . They also have a selection of meals to choose from.
