The service and management here are deplorable. I ordered two large drinks today and the girl at the window literally had my drinks hanging out the window before I even pulled up, that went beyond expedient service and was more like “I just wanna throw these drinks in your vehicle as you drive-by.” Upon first sip, the drinks tasted bad, they tasted just like carbonated water and plastic. I went back inside to ask if I could try the drink machine inside the restaurant. I assumed if I just walked in and did that without asking there would be problems, so I was waiting in a very long to ask. I saw someone wiping down trays and explained my issue, asking if I could get drinks from the vending machines in the restaurant instead, instead of saying “yes,”she said “let me try.” Apparently, she went to try the drinks they were serving at the drive-thru and came back and told me they tasted fine. I told her they didn’t, and she told me they did. I asked again if I could get drinks from the machine in the restaurant and she looked confused. She finally said “do you wanna get drinks from the machine,” and I said “yes.” I thanked her, and went to get my drinks from the machine, at which point I heard her saying in Spanish something about me being “Loca,” which is Spanish for crazy. I did not appreciate this and I called her out on it, and she said “ They taste fine, I am not crazy,” well, I never called her crazy. If that, I went out of my way to be kind while she was treating me badly. She was speaking badly about me in Spanish and kept saying something about me or her being “loca.” I didn’t appreciate it and asked her not to put words in my mouth, because I never called her crazy. She was incredibly rude and nasty with me at which point I asked for the manager, and she said she was a manager. Are you kidding me? A manager acting this way when I just asked for my drink to not taste bad? Ar this point, I said “I just want my money back.” She was making a big stupid scene over two drinks because I wanted drinks that didn’t taste bad. I did get my refund, and she was rude about it and still talking bad about me in Spanish to the other employees and yelling at me in front of all the other customers. She literally screamed at me “you called me crazy” in front of all the customers. At this point, I yelled back, “I didn’t call you crazy you called yourself crazy, “ and I mentioned that for her being in a position of management acting that way was sad and pathetic. I don’t know how she has that job, but I know she doesn’t deserve any public facing job. Those two drinks were $8.00, why should I pay $8.00 for drinks that taste bad? All she had to do was say “yes, please get the drinks from the other machine,” but she didn’t have the capacity as a manager or human to do that. Clearly, someone in this woman’s life calls her crazy to the point that she assumes if you question her that you are also calling her crazy. That is just sad. Also, she clearly lacks emotional intelligence and should not have any job working with the public. I can only imagine how she responds if people approach her aggressively, because I approached her with kindness and she treated me with rudeness and contempt from the word go. I guess she forgot that they were other customers there who witnessed this entire interaction and can confirm that I was nice when I asked her about the drinks. For the record, if I was going to say something bad about somebody acting this way, it wouldn’t be as tame as “crazy.” This location and its management are an embarrassment to...
Read moreI just got back home from picking up food through the drive thru. After initially pulling out of the parking lot I realized that my soda, which was supposed to be mellow yellow, was entirely soda water. I turned back around and I parked my car to go in. After going in I realized that neither of the soda machines had ice, so I went to the counter. I asked the manager behind the counter for ice and mentioned that I had received only soda water so I had to come back in after leaving. She was the one who served me the soda at the window.
She tells me that they don't have mellow yellow and that they'd have to walk around the counter to get it from one of the other machines for anyone ordering it through the drive-thru. So I asked her, "are you saying that's why I was given soda water?" She looked at me and sassily said, "I don't pour the drinks." She's the one who served me, she's the manager. She acted annoyed to be helping me with the issue, wouldn't look at me when handing me my cup of ice, and it was obvious she didn't care at all. This would be the manager working on 9/28/2019 at approximately 6:30pm.
If anyone else has an issue with their food order, I sure hope that they receive better service than I received tonight. If it had been a mistake and I wasn't treated like an annoyance, it wouldn't have been an issue.
I live in the area and I've stopped at this Wendy's a number of times, and I generally get good service and enjoy the food. Recently, however, it has become more frequent that I have received poor service than good. Long waits, certain items not available, being told they were closed hours early because they were short on staff, etc. I've tried to let everything slide up until now, give this place the benefit of the doubt. When this is the attitude and behavior being conveyed from management towards paying customers and in front of the employees they're managing, there is clearly a bigger...
Read moreDO NOT COME HERE! Employees here hate their job.. or will treat you like it. The place is always dead and God forbid you’re the one to pull up to the drive-thru to order and interrupt their doing nothing, they will make you regret it to the point of not ordering anything out of fear of them spitting on your food. I’m not one to exaggerate, feel free to see my fair share of honest feedbacks to others. I pulled up, they “had a handwritten note saying they had no lettuce for their sandwiches” so I proceeded to ask “I’m assuming you have no salads either?” The male voice responded “NO! have a good night Good-Bye!” 👋🏽 So then I responded “ whoa hold on I would still like to place an order!” And he proceeded to answer “I wasn’t talking to you!” I then just drove off. But not before telling him that with that kind of attitude I was afraid of ordering anything anymore. He never offered an apology nothing! If I was the franchise owner of this location, I’d be checking out what the Monaco location is doing. They have cars lined up and around and people do not mind the wait. I personally, did not mind the drive all the way over there for my salad 🥗 Now the people there, they’re doing...
