Arby's — Restaurant in Goldsboro

I have picked up food from this Arbys many times of the years and tonight was the first time I had a problem and to be honest the problem was that I broke q rule I usually go by and that is to take time to make sure the order is correct. Tonight I did not because they had a long line and I did not want to hold up the cars behind and that cost me a trip back to straighten out their mistake. I will continue to do business with this Arbys but will always check that my order is correct. They do have good food and as a rule give exceptional service. Add 6/30/22 Tonight placed and time between placing order and getting to window was 20 minutes because vehicle at window sat there for 20 minutes waiting on their order I know it was a large order because of time individual took placing the order. In times past when I would get to the window and my order was not ready they would ask that I pull up and they would bring the order out. This alll may have happend beacause I know they are short staffed but the stafff is always pleasant the food is good or I would not have waited...

Great Food & Service. Lean meats variety of choices Roast beef, Turkey, Ham, Cornbeef, Brisket, Fried chicken sandwiches Crispy Chicken, Chicken bacon Swiss, buffalo Chicken and, Chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwiches. Sub style Sandwiches the Loaded Italian, Three Cheese, or Fire roasted Philly. Three choices of Gyros served on Pita bread Roast beef, Turkey, and Traditional Greek (Lamb Meat). Variety of kids meal choice items. Sandwiches are served warm and cold. Order any sandwich in a wrap if that's your preference. Sides to choose Arby's infamous Curly fries, potatoes cakes, mozzarella cheese sticks, jalapeno bites, golden onion rings. Sweet tooth Arby's can satisfy that, too, choices of Cherry or Apple Turnovers, Salted Caramel Chocolate Cookies, Triple Chocolate Cookies, delicious milkshakes with whipped topping. Looking for a deal Arby's has that stop by from 2p.m. to 5p.m. daily and try one of Arby's Dollar items...

The worst customer service ever.... Counter or drive-thru. For the past 2 years it's been horrible and getting worse. It seems the people working are always horsing around, walking slow, laughing and just more interested in being social with co-workers. Even when manager is there. I was in drive thru for almost 20 minutes. When the guy FINALLY stopped goofing with 2 fellow workers he says that they are cooking up a new one. I was in line 20 frickin minutes! You couldn't figure that out before taking my card? I would have gone to Chick-fil-A. Told him there were like '40' (exaggeration) cars behind me and says it's busy inside and out. He walks away slower than my dead grandmother! Not concerned about people waiting. I drove by and looked in dining area. TWO families! Not busy! Yeah.... Not worth the wait. Not FAST food.
