Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Goodlettsville

Little Caesars is a JOKE. For years we have went there at least once a week. My son loves buffalo sauce so we always ask for a side. Last Friday we went in and the guy argued with us about giving it to us saying that was not what it's for. Ooookay...we've come here for years and gotten it. He then got an attitude and said he would give it to us this time, then came back still running his mouth. I said, no problem dude, we will just go to the Hendersonville location opposed to their Goodlettsville location. And we turned to walk away he cursed me. I turned around and cursed him back. He then took off his apron and came at me with his keys, opening a can of pepper spray. The lady that was there and clearly NOT a US native was yelling at my husband and myself to get out of their store. This was last Friday. I filed a complaint with corporate and had no call back all week. I called today and the last in customer said the note was the we were no longer welcome in that store. So, I will post on ever post on this page, Google, local town pages, and everywhere I can my story. These people should be fired. I mean seriously, coming at someone with pepper spray over buffalo sauce?!?! No! We will never eat Little Caesars again. And neither will anyone we know or can reach through social media or the internet. I hope that ten cent buffalo sauce was worth it. Most every restaurant in that complex has closed. 2022 update. I ordered a hot and ready sausage. The guy said there weren’t any ready and it would be 10 min. Totally fine. Then the person after me ordered the same thing and was charged less than I was. Whatever, I went to my car and came back in a few min. The guy went back to help make the pizzas and a lady came out. She asked what I was waiting on and I told her. Then she pulled one out of the hot and ready bin while the guy was yelling at her that he was pulling my pizza out of the oven. I asked why I had waited 8 min for something pre made and she said she didn’t know and then ignored me. While this is an improvement, customer service is always awful. Thanks for reminding me why I don’t eat here.

2021The lady who took our order was wearing a mask, but the man who made our pizzas was not. Three of the four of us got sick throwing up in the middle of the night. Can’t help but wonder if the guy who made it had a virus and...

Unfortunately, although in a great shopping plaza, this store is terrible. Be careful if you're Looking for your budget dinner bc The lady who is usually there always assumes you want the $6 option instead of the classic $5 hot and ready. Then today she straight up sold my old pizza. It was just passed noon, no one seemed to be there. Initially she said it would be 10m but then she changed her mind and walked out w pizza...get home to my kids and we have sauced cardboard--my fault for not checking in store I guess but wow. A different time I had just ordered she said the usual 10m for the classic hit and ready bc apparently only the $6 ones are actually ready and as soon as I paid I asked if they could go easy on the sauce and she just said no it's in the oven already... really? I jussssst paid. Anyway, I have given them several chances but I guess I'll be driving elsewhere...
