Boot barn as a company needs to get their $* together. The cash wrap systems glitch out and are extremely burdensome to the people working in the stores. Joleen at the Broadway location was fantastic as was Abby at the long hallow location. But the website is not accurate in regards to in store inventory and that is such a disappointment. Three orders I placed we're not actually in stock as website stated and then it took forever to get my money back. Also one store offers to stretch boots during the try on and the other tells you they don't allow stretching at all and if you did have the pair stretched (even if done before you even purchased them from other store) that you cant return and that they're yours. Also Brandy said I should buy them and hope after a few months they'd break in but if they don't you'd be stuck with them. That's awful. I agree that the store should offer fit servicing and focus on fitting boots properly for every purchase not just tell people the boots should eventually break in and push the sale. Yes the boots may eventually break in but that process does not have to be so long or uncomfortable. Great customer service by most employees but no consistency between locations and incredibly frustrating...
Read moreI was recommended the store boot barn by a gentleman that I saw at advents autozone. He told me that I would spend 4 pair of boots around a $150 that was very much slurred. When I got to the boot barn place it was very much almost time for the place to close up and people were just basically just standing around that was one older lady white lady she helped me and she was acting like she wanted my business but you could tell that it was that they don't service black or Brown people a lot. When I walked in and started looking around for the right size of shoe. I yield to the 2 women at the front because the store is with a large and no one responded matter fact 1 of the white ladies Walked over to the couch and sit down like I did not exist. When she found out that I was actually going to spend money in the store when she got up and started acting like I was a customer. When you say that you don't see colors but then your attitude and your actions differ from a white customer than yes you're racist. You mean to me when I don't spend my money but when I spend my money you want to smile andgredient me there's a song called faces. I would just take my money and...
Read moreMike and Chuck are the DUDES!!!! I've shopped at this Boot Barn store for a few years now. Always feel welcome and they have great stuff for budget or high dollar. I've bought a few pair of boots from this store, and my most recent pair was a high end El Dorado pair of boots. I had some issues with the boots falling apart over the course 6 months. Well past the return date but clearly something was wrong with the boots. My first pair of boots I bought from Boot Barn is still going strong after 4 years, many many gigs, and even falling in a lake with them. So I took my El Dorado boots into the store and Mike and Chuck helped me out and gave me a full replacement for boots. They treated me as a customer should be treated. They will continue to get my support and it's nice to know that customer service still exists in this day and age. Thank you Boot Barn...
