Somatel Goodlettsville Hotel — Hotel in Goodlettsville

Me and my wife stayed 2 nights there and yes they have been updated but that's only half of the buildings and he only has 3. They do not offer nothing for breakfast no snack machines and u have to pay for your own ice. Which the machine is broken. You can't get an answer in the office after a certain hour. The rooms are ok clean not the best job a maid can do to be honest. Thank god there are several restaurants in walking distance so a 2 min car ride. They do not have microwaves or fridges in the rooms. Also the place just looks run down to be in a fairly descent area. The guy that runs the place can hardly speak good English so u miss take things he says. But the funny thing is that they do have a breakfast area but no coffee, food, or anything but its set up really nice for nothing really not even a point in having it. I seen a pool even though its feb and cold it's nasty and green like it ain't been open in years. To be honest I don't see any point in staying there when all u need is a hotel coupon book and there's like 8 different hotels just a min from there that are more updated offer hot breakfast or at least continental plus all the extras for the same price with the coupon. Or hell Motel 6 just 2 mins from there and it's cheaper and has more plus a pool and breakfast. Also a lot nicer and cleaner. That man really needs to learn hotel businesses and what competition means because he's not doing a very good job. That's y the parking lot looked so empty for both the days we were there. Also if u see the carpet OMG yellow, green, brown, orange stripes the ugliest carpet I've ever seen!!!! Just saying save your money there's several hotels just closer n mins from that one u can stay for same price and...

Worst hotel ever! The only nice thing about the hotel was the upgraded floor and tv. Everything else was disgusting. Stains everywhere on bedding, toilet,shower, burn holes in the bedding, and when we told the front desk they might want to upgrade the bedding to ones without stains and burn holes the guy just looked at us rudely like “what you want me to do about it”? The other lady told us to park our moving truck and trailer in the back and there wasn’t enough room so it ended up being a nightmare trying to get our truck out of the parking lot because of it. Added more stress to our moving trip and more time to unhook and hook everything back up. Didn’t have any hand towels or bath towel for the floor only had two towels for everything, the walls smelled like meth had been cooked in the rooms or someone next door was cooking it. No hair dryer. We slept awful. Had to get our own blankets out (glad we had them readily available) and sleep in a double. Worst night ever! Price is cheap for a reason, if you want good service and clean bedding without feeling like your going to catch a disease then go somewhere else. People who were staying here were all sketchy too. Just seems like where all the druggies and hookers hang out. Will never be staying here ever again! Super sketch place! Would give it negative...
