Wendy's — Restaurant in Goodlettsville

When here a couple times forlunch and pretty much every single time that I have gone I have received excellent customer service from the staff. most of the time I have always gotten food that was prepared pretty fresh and always tasted nice. the only reason that I gave this location for stars instead of five has to do with sometimes how long it takes them to cycle to drive through through. for an example my most recent visit took over 15 minutes for me to get from the actual window you order app to where you pay for the food. if you are going through the drive-thru at this location also please be aware that there is a gigantic dip in the road at where the window is.when you pull up to place your order your front tire will essentially fall into it and it will feel as though your vehicle has just fallen...

If i could give it negative 100 stars i would!...the girl in the drive through rang in my order wrong after telling her twice that i wanted the 4 piece tenders...i received a 3 piece...asked for 1 bbq and 1 honey mustard..received 2 sweet n sour sauces ..we had to pull up for fresh tenders(thank goodness)...received our drinks but no straws, then the drive thru girl came out and tried to quickly walk away(NOT FRIENDLY WHATSOEVER!)..she stood at the BACK OF THE CAR as i tried to tell her i needed the correct sauces. .she nods her head, walks away and a guy brought us the rest of our items...just as unfriendly as the other employee...we will never be back and will make sure to deter anyone we know from this store!...there was also a raw fry in my bag for...

Last time giving the Wendy’s in Goodlettsville TN a chance. They have literally no outside lighting, front sign not lit, no lighting around building, drove past it last time thinking it was closed even though it was well before time to close. Menu is not even lit, could not see the menu at all. It was 8:25 when we pulled in, 3 cars ahead of us, at 8:40 we pulled out of line and left because only one car had been given their order in that length of time and no one was moving. Not sitting in a drive thru for 45 minutes. The owner of this location should be ashamed and corporate Wendy’s should be as well, if they are aware of the conditions of this location.
